I was very impressed with Dr Baum and felt his honesty and concern and also he had great compassion with a wonderful bedside manner. Overall I have only good feelings with the doctor and the staff. Highly recommend this amazing doctor all the way!!!!

Dr. Baum has been my eye doctor for twenty plus years. He is professional and explains details. I found him to be very trustworthy and honest about my care. Hope I can find another eye doctor with similar treatment philosophy!when he decides to retire.

Very thorough and very clear with his explanations of the tests he does and what's going on in your eyes. He really cares and has done the research to help me with a complicated eye problem. He also has a nice, lighthearted "bedside manner." 10/10

Dr. Baum is a highly ethical, caring eye physician. I have been seeing him for more than 20 years. If you allow him, he provides in-depth information about any eye condition you have, how to treat it, refer you to specialists, if need be. Dr. Baum writes prescriptions, even performed eye surgery on my left eye over 20 years ago. Today, I am seeing as well as I did in my 20's, thanks to Dr. Baum.

When asked which of the doctors in his office he would recommend for cataract surgery his response was 'From the results I have seen they are all the same.' Same what? fair? average? could have done better? Not a helpful response. Also, somewhat patronizing when discussing vision correction and cataracts. Will not go back.

I have not met a doctor like Dr. Baum in a long time. He is thorough, pleasant and personable and he listens to his patients. Outstanding.

Dr. Baum is very good. The bookkeeper is a nightmare. Had to eat a $145 charge because she failed to file the insurance claim in a timely manner. Insists it was our fault.

Dr. Baum performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. In each case it was successful, and I was guided through a thorough recovery period to ensure that my new lens prescription would be the best. Even after the first eye was done, with my new prescription, my vision was improved dramatically. A few years later, after the second eye was done, I now have what I call HD Vision! It's like a miracle for someone like me in my mid sixties to see as clearly as anyone on earth. Thanks Br. Baum and staff!

Very good eye doctor. takes time to explain problems and whats going on. actually spent a decent amount of time with me, enough to make me feel comfortable when I left. only problme, doesnt accept my insurance.
