I decided to go for a consultation with Dr. Lizardo after I researched my options to deal with fibroids and locally I found that he was the best around. From the office, the staff, to Dr. Lizardo himself, everything was professional. I was even more impressed by the expertise Dr. Lizardo enlightened me to of fibroids and the options that i had. He was willing to work with what i wanted for myself and We were able to figure out the reasons for my issues. I can say today, that if it wasn't for Dr. Lizardo, the issues would not have been caught so soon. I appreciate Dr. Lizardo and his team for genuinely caring about their patients. Because unfortunately, that can be hard to find these days.

I can not be any more pleased with Dr. Lizardo. When we scheduled my laproscopic hysterectomy I was in the middle of a stressful season that resulted in a cross country move 2 weeks after my surgery. If it wasn't for the services of Calital Womens Care and Dr. Lizardo's skill and quidance, I would never have managed the move. I so value Dr. Lizardo that I will miss having him as my GYN moving forward into menopause. If it were reasonable to return to the DC area for every appointment I would! You all have a wonderful team that provides outstanding services! Thank you cannot be said enough.

MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH HIM GAVE ME SOO MUCH CONFIDENCE IN HIM AND TOOK HIS TIME IN ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS,ALSO MAKING SURE AM VERY COMFORTABLE WITH MY TREATMENT PLAN WHICH MADE ME TO OVERCOME MY FEAR OF SURGERY AFTER YEARS OF PAIN AND DISCOMFORT THAT HAS AFFECTED MY LIFE STYLE. HE DID AN AMAZING AND EXCELLENT JOB ON ME WITH THE BIG TUMOR THAT WAS TAKEN OUT OF ME,THERE WAS NO COMPLICATIONS. AND FOLLOWING HIS POST-OP DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS HELPS A LOT WITH MY RECOVERY. DR LIZARDO IS AN EXCEPTIONAL DR AND HAS THE WELL-BEING OF HIS PATIENTS AT HEART,VERY CARING AND FUNNY. I HAD NO REGRETS FLEW TO MD FROM MY STATE TO HAVE MY SURGERY DONE..I WILL RECOMMEND DR LIZARDO AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Dr. Lizardo was amazing. He took so much care in answering all my questions! He also has a whole pre op process that makes your recovery easier. He explained all the pain I may feel and explained how to manage my pain meds!!! He was reassuring and had a great attitude the day of surgery that made me relax and feel safe. His staff was kind and supportive the day of surgery as well!!! The surgery itself became with little pain and the incisions and my belly button are looking great!!! He’s magic !

If you are searching for an expert physician who knows exactly what he is doing as it relates to removing fibroids, look no further, I know THE best OBGYN in the DMV, Dr. Randolph Lizardo. Dr. Lizardo is a professional, a people-person, and he cares about his patients getting the absolute best care. Prior to me doing a myomectomy surgery in June 2023 with Dr. Lizardo, I suffered immensely with uterine fibroids. This made my cycle last 7 days (sometimes more). I needed relief so I met with Dr. Lizardo; he examined me, and we scheduled the surgery where he removed a whopping 13 fibroids! He told me it would take me 2 weeks to recover at home and I was already making progress prior to that while following his instructions. So, if you are scared, see Dr. Lizardo and you wont regret it as you will be in good hands.

After a year and a half of bad pain that was impacting my life negatively I was referred to Dr Lizardo. Dr Lizardo is a very caring and empathetic health professional that not only listened to me and answered all my questions and concerns but also took the time to explain my medical situation as well as the pros and cons of the type of surgery I needed. Within a short time period I had a surgery scheduled. It has been two weeks since my fibroid/endometriosis surgery and my life has improved dramatically. The whole process was seamless from the beginning, and it is obvious that Dr Lizardo cares about his patients well being and quality of life. I feel so lucky to have met Dr Lizardo. This was my first surgery, but I felt very relaxed throughout the process, thanks to Dr Lizardo's clear, detailed instructions and warm & upbeat personality. I can tell that he did an AMAZING job with the surgery- it almost seems a miracle how quickly I am recovering given the size of the tumors he took out. I took very minimal pain medication as I was recovering. I made sure to follow his post-op instructions (which are very detailed and unique!) carefully, and I think that helped a lot. It's been 3 weeks since my surgery and I already feel a relief from the symptoms I had before the surgery. Dr Lizardo is always professional, reassuring, and funny, and I could tell from interacting with him that he has a deep passion for what he does. Thank you for helping so many women- you are a hero!

A+ and Highly recommended. Best surgeon I've ever met. Very attentive and detailed about everything to expect regarding your procedure. Along with the nurse, he called and checked on me himself. I can barely see the scar after surgery. Dr. Lizardo is definitely 5 star. The staff was friendly with little to no wait time at every visit.

Dr. Lizardo is the best! He is blessed with an amazing gift and helps women like me with chronic endometriosis and other GYN issues from all over the world. For the past twenty years my previous gynecologists performed minor procedures but nothing really helped. Upon meeting Dr. Lizardo, he was confident that he could help me and gave me a plan of action. In March 2023, I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy. His pre-surgery and post-surgery action plans helped me recover quickly. I had minimal pain, no constipation or other issues that women typically have with this surgery. This decision was life-changing and I'm very thankful for his care. He also has an awesome bedside manner is always available to answer my questions.
