Silver Spring Dentist Dr. Alan Wolcott's Online Review Report Card

Hillandale Smiles is my new go to place for dental work. After my current dentist retired, I was referred to Doctor Walcott. He was absolutely amazing. I called that morning and told them I was in pain and Doctor Walcott immediately put me into his schedule for that day. He along with two assistants Jessica and Ayal took their time with me. I could tell that they really cared about their patients. They had me laughing (Hahaha)so hard I didn't even realized that Dr Walcott had already pulled the 2 teeth that needed to come out. He and his Staff are The Best! Hillsdale Smiles Rock! Oh yeah, by the way, thank you to Allen for calling me to tell me that Doctor Walcott would see me immediately.! Didn't really catch the names of the young ladies that work the front desk, but you were absolutely superb and professional.! Thank you Hillsdale Smiles MT

Dr. Wolcott has been my dentist for over 20 years (since I was a teenager). He has a lovely and pleasant personality. He has performed several cosmetic dental procedures for me, like invisalign, veneers, and teeth whitening, which significantly improved the appearance of my smile. People always compliment my smile, and I will always be thankful to Dr. Wolcott for giving me a more confident appearance. On the other hand, my hygienist (Michelle) is also an amazing person. I love how she cleans my teeth. Lastly, Diane (Front Desk Clerk) is also very nice, professional, and helpful in providing an estimate before a procedure is scheduled. She is also bilingual and has been extremely helpful to spanish speaking patients I have referred. I'm very happy with their service. I highly recommend Dr. Wolcott and his team.

I was not pleased with their billing process. I always pay my bills. I recently received a debt collections from Global Credit Network located in Gaithersburg, MD. The company through a formal written notice stated that I owed a balance of $235.22. This bill was due nearly a year ago. I never received a mailed bill, calls, or emails from the dental practice. When I called Hillandale Smiles, I was informed that they sent me a bill which never happened. The woman at the dental office that I spoke to was very vague and not polite. I urgently encourage any patron not to use their services.

Michelle the hygentist is awesome! I will.not let anyone else clean my teeth She is the bomb. Dr. Pupon is also a great dentist. Love them both!

I wish there is a zero star, Beware before you decide to go to this facility. They will charge you when you are fully covered by the insurance. Giving the wrong code (disgnosi code) for the insurance. When the insurance was talking to them they were lost , trust me I will follow up and coome after you for all the wrong charges you made, They give you a list of unnecessary diagnosis not neede. Worest experience, 30min cleaning never been a deep cleaning procedure. DO NOT GO THERE ALL THE PEOPLE RATE THEM 5 STAR ARE FAMILIES AND WORKERS , THEY ARE A DISGRACE

Dr.Wolcott did an amazing job with my teeth. He was extremely honest and professional. I can’t imagine going to any other dentist after my experiences with him!

My main reason for being a faithful patient to Hillindale Smiles is the hygienist Michele. She is not only good at her job, but you can tell she is passionate about helping patients achieve the best possible teeth. She literally taught me how to floss and practice better dental hygiene habits. Five stars to Michele! You won't be disappointed if she does your cleaning.

Came in for a evaluation and came out with out a tooth. Life changing bad experience. Very expensive and ads on things that are not necessary. Go find another practice!
