I had a frustrating experience at this dental office due to dishonesty and poor customer service. Before my appointment, I explained that my insurance had recently been reinstated and might take a few days to update in the system. I specifically asked the front desk to call my insurance provider to verify my eligibility, as an online check might not reflect the correct status. They assured me they would, but after my cleaning, they claimed my insurance was declined. When I called my insurance provider myself, the agent asked the dental office how they verified my coverage. The staff admitted they only checked online, despite telling me they had called. Their dishonesty could have caused me to be wrongly charged $150 out-of-pocket if I hadn’t taken action myself. Later, via text, they refused to take responsibility, claiming they don’t verify insurance on the same day—a policy they never mentioned. Even though the dentist found a cavity, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I cannot trust an office that lies to its patients and disregards their requests. I am giving this place three stars because the doctor was very nice and performed the job well.

I had my first appointment this morning at this practice with Dr. Grinc, he was so gentle, informative, and very knowledgeable. I arrived right on time & was taken back very quickly. I would highly recommend Dr. Grinc to anyone looking for a new Dentist. Staff was extremely nice & very professional, I am so happy to make this my new dental home. 10/10

Super first time experience. Everything on time, went above and beyond to help me with a last minute request and fixed an issue with a tooth that had bothered me for years when flossing. Would highly recommend!

Great care, friendly office, Dr Dufera is kind, thoughtful, professional and compassionate. Also very honest. You can trust him 100 percent. I have not found another dentist like this. The hygienist and assistants and desk staff are great too. Because they are good they are popular so make sure to book your cleanings in advance.
