This was a successful follow up telemed appointment with Dr. Humm, who had cared for me during a recent hospital stay. I've had excellent experiences with this practice over the years, and this was no exception. We discussed my condition, possible next steps, and further follow up. I found Dr. Humm to be personable, knowledgeable, and easy to relate to.

Loved my virtual visit with Doctor Humm. If I didn't love Dr. Kreisberg a little more, I would definately ask to see Doctor Humm.

Highly recommend Dr. Steven Humm at Capital Digestive Care. He was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He made me feel heard in spite of his tight, busy schedule and made a point to meet with me personally to discuss the results when I woke up, even though he should have been on break. He also described my results in terms that made sense to the lay-person. The nursing staff was just as amazing. I remembered some of what Dr. Humm told me as I was coming out of anesthesia and they reviewed all my results with me in detail without rushing me out.

He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he is also incredibly easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable to ask him any questions during my visit. It was like talking to a friend, who just so happens to be the doctor. I didn’t have a single concern about his competence and could tell that he really cares about his patients. And in that vein, he doesn’t talk down to you, like so many doctors do. The patient is as much a part of the treatment plan as he is. But I’ll let him make the big decisions.
