Janet Wu was very nice and professional. She had me perform various exercises to strengthen my back muscles.

Dr. Nagel was super kind and explained everything very well. One out of two of the receptionist was willing to explain very kindly a confusing workers comp situation. The other main receptionist, Desi, was incredibly rude. She kept saying to me that “other patients don’t make an appointment without a claim number”. Making me automatically feel worse while I am already in pain. She should really be better trained on how to approach patients with kindness and details and not blame them for misinformation. Great experience besides the terrible receptionist.

Janet is a great PT professional at Potomac Valley orthopedics. I have live in Maryland for 5 years and Potomac Valley at Leisure World is my go to place for all my rehab needs ! Highly recommend!

The receptionist Desi was very helpful and answered every question I had. She made my first experience relaxed and easy. The staff were equally please and clear. I met with Dr. Volk and his explanation and thoughts of ways to go forward made me feel I was in good hands. He was thoughtful and answered each question. Great place for orthopedic help.
