Do NOT go to Dr Charles Benner. It's time for him to retire. He is rude and does not try and help his patients. I could never get an appointment, when I called he yelled at me and hung up on me without even asking what my problem was. His staff is very bad and on several occasions they sent the wrong referrals to specialists.

He really takes the time to talk to the patient, listen to him , and discusses things with you! Treats you as an equal rather than a number.

Sometimes have to wait, because Dr. Benner is taking extra care of patients. I have been "In the room" with him, discussing symptoms and possible courses of action for up to 2 hours. Have also recieved calls from him as late as 7:30pm, or on weekends, if he had an idea, or a new option. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Benner
