Maggie was so helpful with my intake call and the other staff. I met with Meredith today - she was so informative, wonderful to communicate with, warm and understanding. Thankful to have been referred to this beautiful office and helpful team. Also, got to meet Yeti the office pup and he made my day.

Dr . Willoughby and clinicians were amazing!!! They made this process so comfortable, where it can be very overwhelming! The evaluations/ assessments were extremely thorough and they made us feel like our son was more than just a client. They made him comfortable and when reviewing the results, they explained things in such a warm, easy to understand manner. The recommendations have made our son feel more confident and less defeated. I would refer anyone to Dr. Willoughby, from friends and family to a professional referral. Highly recommended contacting her!

I have been working with Dr. Willoughby for approximately six years. Her experience in treatment, testing and diagnosis is unparalleled. She is professional, courteous, kind and adapts to the needs of her clients. Dr. Willoughby is a leader in the field of testing and treatment. She has both extensive training and experience. She makes the testing process less cumbersome and goes out of her way to make both parents and students feel comfortable. I have and continue to refer both my family and close friends for services. I highly recommend The Maryland Therapy and Assessment Specialists.

I would not recommend this tester to anyone. Our son had results that were not conclusive with her testing methods. Other leading testers in the industry said the same thing when they read the report of my son. Her reports burned our son an opportunity last year to get into schools that would have been good for him. My son took the tests again this year with Dr. Susan Grant and she said he was a perfect fit for the schools we were applying for. The were many children applying for these specialty schools for this upcoming school year (2021-2022) and our son with the correct testing was admitted to one of these schools. We felt that since multiple psychological testers said her test were not done properly so we asked her for 50% refund from last year testing and she had no interest in accommodating our request. I would not send any child to Dr. (if she even is one) Willoughby.
