Yelling at a patient that is in chronic pain for asking for a pain medication increase because it's no longer working as it did when you first started the medication 5 years ago and not offering any solutions to help is not what I thought he was there for. They said when my pain manager was moving to Alaska and that I'd love Dr. John and that was totally off the mark. I do not like you Dr. John, you are arrogant, conceited and rude. You do not care about me or my pain. I'm just a number and a paycheck to you. I have been battling chronic pain for over 7 years now and have never had a Dr yell at me the way he did. I left there in tears as everyone in the waiting room heard our whole conversation! 17 years of school obviously didn't teach you compassion so I'm not sure why you are in the pain management business.

Didn't examine me. The assistant and front office people were excellent. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry to get me out.

PCP had zero luck scheduling me an appt. This office couldn’t be reach by phone since no option was given on answering machine to be called back. I called myself for three hours after leaving PCP had to physically travel to Spine & Pain Specialists of MD to book appt. Dr. John never looked at my chart before seeing me, knew nothing of my chronic pain history. Talked to me of surgery I can’t have. Dr John showed no compassion for patient’s pain & Or discomfort. Told me hives were nothing when they were in my mouth, on tongue, in throat & nose. Refused to treat me for hives from an allergic reaction to med he prescribed, Sent me to ER instead. Office had me wait over an hour & a half to be seen. I couldn’t sit for pain & had to stand. I asked why others had come & gone & I was not seen. No staff came to explain why? No apology issued. Mastectomy still listed on chart although I never had one! Discectomy NOT listed on chart. Office doors open for all the hear the phone calls.

Dr. Greesh is the worst Dr. I've ever seen. Extremely rude and doesn't listen to patients. Only wants to prescribe meds and send you on your way.

Loved Dr John - he took the time to explain my situation to me and my husband. Walked us through each step of the procedure that would end up almost completely relieving my pain. I went from a 10 in pain to a 2 in one week. I would recommend him to anyone with spinal pain.

A true expert who delivers compassionate care!

Dr. John has been my saving grace. I came to him in January, after the Navy moved us, I was desperate for help. Dr. John took his time with me, tried multiple injections that were different than what I'd had before to try and contain the pain. He eventually lead me to my having a spinal cord stimulator implanted, 3 weeks ago today and I'm now virtually pain free! It's been 15 months of misery to get to this point!
