attentive at the first consultation. in the second they make you wait a long time. I had an appointment and they made me wait more than Two hours, or talking to the attendants, they respond with disrespect. find another place for your babies.

My children have been going to her since they were babies. They are now in their pre teens. I recommend black pediatrics for black children they have their best interest at heart. She is an amazing doctors and the pas and nps that work there are fabulous. Pediatricians as well as Physician Assistants and nurse practitioners have the qualifications to care. They went to school for it and have all done a fabulous job for my children.

If I could leave 0 stars I would leave them but I would never recommend this pediatrician. She is never there, those who work there are pedantic, do not make appointments, do not choose her as a pediatrician

Dr Bassey used to be a good doctor from 2017 but I must say in 2018 the wheels came off the wagon. We would set up appointments to see her but another provider will see us. Junior providers would come in and I remember one of them claiming my daughter has asthma which she doesn't have. Wait time is very long go prepared. JUST be prepared to wait for a very long long time with your babies this provider is not good. Babies and kids can not wait too long. She has lost her touch.

This doctor is never available to speak to or see and staff is unprofessional and not willing to help you and they dont care. I'm done with this office I wouldn't refer anyone to this office. They don't make appointments. It's more like a walk in clinic and you sit there for hours to see the provider. If you need anything urgently forget about it. I am changing my provider its just much.

Though the wait time before seeing the doctor is a bit long if you are a walk-in patient but the doctor herself is very good and spends time with the child.
