Receptionist who answers the phone is extremely RUDE!!!! She does not give a name and I assume it is because of how unprofessional she is!! She answers the phone with an introduction of "Doctors Office" or "am the only one in the office, and already busy with a patient and have another person on the phone, would you still like to hold? and if you tell her yes, her response is "well, I dont know how long you will be waiting on hold, because I have others ahead of you." I do not even understand how you can work at a doctors office still and be so rude!! How are you even employed there!!! if I was your boss I would be ashamed of how I ran my business!! and embarrassed to have you sit up front and answer my phones!!! I say this being that I was calling from another providers office attempting to refer a patient, but after that I will definitely NOT BE REFERRING ANY PATIENT OF OURS TO THAT PRACITICE to be treated so disrespectfully!!!

I was a patient who failed to follow up with my issues. I called the office in pain and asked to see him and was denied access. He basically penalized me for waiting too long and refused to even see me, I'm too busy, find someone else. Is that a way for a doctor to act, I think not. Sounds a little emotional to me. Go somewhere else, he could care less about you!

I had a condition for almost a year that no one could diagnose or treat. Dr Hansen was able to diagnose my condition and recommend a surgeon for me. He was very kind and funny and caring and I will always be grateful to him for his knowledge and understanding. I had my surgery with Dr Flowers and I am completely restored to good health!

He kept telling me I had a stomach virus when in fact, after suffering for 5-1/2 weeks and going to another doctor, I had a very bad case of food poisoning (campylobacter) which now leaves me with a severe case of rheumatoid arthritis.
