Medstar Health Surgery Center At Timonium's Online Review Report Card

Our surgeon was wonderful, everything he provides awesome! However the women that work the front desk specifically the 3rd floor are rude, use foul language (one said motherf*cking in front of my 3 year old), & are unorganized. Couldn’t explain the bill to us, couldn’t find his paperwork, & even had his surgery time wrong. So if you can get through all the hoops to jump to get to the surgeon I guess worth it?

Joe Griffin is my therapist. I am having sever back issues to the point where I was having trouble walking. With his help and encouragement I am able to perform most of the daily functions. Joe is a therapist who is truly concerned about his patients welfare and designs the plan with what the patient can tolerate. Gradually adding exercises to the routine. He is a good listener and very patient with those he is helping. I recommend Joe highly.

The doctor who performed my surgery did a great job as well as his nurse, Elizabeth. I take issue with the nurses assistant, an older woman with dark brown hair and glasses. She was unprofessional. This experience would have been rated higher had it not been for an uncomfortable interaction with her.

Dr. Ebert , the staff at the center ( Ciara, Monica, Nicole, Joi) and Dr Flaks from anesthesia were all outstanding. They listened, were responsive to my needs and were all very kind and comforting. The center was extremely clean. I highly recommend Medstar Ortho and this Surgicenter. My experience has been exceptional.

Work to get you better quickly and they have excellent bedside manner

I've had to get 3T MRIs of my knee twice now. I did try to go to other providers that were closer but they wanted me to wait a week and they were very rude every time I tried to deal with them. If you need an MRI today, not next week, and you want to deal with polite, helpful, knowledgeable people, go to MEDSTAR!! Both times I needed an MRI MEDSTAR they were able to get me in the day or day after I called. The first time I needed orbit x-rays because of some recent car work I did where I was cutting and grinding metal and MEDSTAR did it there with no issues. The people are super nice and even remembered me, and my stories about my wife's modified Jeep, months later when I came back for my second visit. I'll never go anywhere else for MRIs if I can help it.

Saw my orthopedic surgeon, who was great. Was able to get an MRI at the same place. Really nice facility. Looks like I'll be doing my physical therapy there too. Saw a Raven player there; I guess they really do treat the pro's there ! Not sure what the parking issue the other reviewer mentioned was. I had no problem.

Wonderful staff and orthopedic Doctor's. (especially Dr. Frank Ebert). The physical therapy center staff and their facilities are state of the arts. The PT staff are truly provide you with their very best towards your recovery. I would highly recommend Med star Orthopedic at Greenspring Drive Timonium Md. To my family and friends.

Great place. Saw Dr. Dreese and didn’t have to wait but maybe 5 minutes. Kind and patient assistants and very attentive Dr. Wonderful experience. Clean building with great parking. No problems.

I have to say, being able to see a doctor, with no waiting time, and have X-rays AND an MRI at the same visit, and a follow up meeting with the doctor before leaving for the day... all within a timeframe of three hours!!! ... is quite remarkable. I have never had a more pleasurable, comprehensive, and seamless visit. Doctor Stein was excellent (would definitely recommend him) and the staff there were very pleasant to deal with. I am VERY impressed with Medstar Timonium . I would highly recommend this place and Dr Stein.
