ALWAYS make an appointment otherwise the wait is extremely long. Not fun when you have a sick child.

We were walk-in and still got taken right away. they were great with my Daughter. it was a quick stress free experience. Thank G-d for such a wonderful service.

I always have an AMAZING experience with the medical staff. Jessica, the NP, is awesome and is great with our son. We’ve also had amazing experiences with the other nursing staff.I knocked off 1 star only because of the unorganized check in process and the unprofessionalism of the administrative staff.

The staff was very friendly. We were in and out very quickly. We will definitely be returning here.

Friendly staff, prompt service

This was my second disappointing visit to PM Pediatrics. My first visit was at the parkville location on York Rd in September 2021. I brought my daughter in because she’d had a fever and was extremely irritable for 3 days following a vaccine (Tetnis, pertussis). I expected doctors to be forthcoming about possible side affects of the vaccine but instead, they roughly conducted a COVID Test, forcibly pushed tongue depressor down her throat to check for HFM disease symptoms, and then suggested that it may be a UTI (which according to them, are common in infants - never heard of and research doesn’t show) and asked to put a catheter to collect urine from my, then, 10-month old. I am well informed and well aware of the prejudice and/or neglect that can be projected towards black people and children in the medical profession, so I always humbly observe and receive information with hope, but never in ignorance. This was quite ridiculous, though. I adamantly refused the use of a catheter, instead opting to hold my daughter over a pan to pee and when she didn’t, we left. 2 days later, my daughter broke out in a rash, head to toe, which my doctor loosely diagnosed as possible HFM or Rosacea, but my daughter didn’t attend child care where exposure is most common and her symptoms were directly in relation to the vaccine she received. Prior to the shot, she was PERFECTLY FINE. I understand that doctors and the medical profession, in general, often has to defend against vaccination skepticism and anti-Vaxxers but being truthful about possible adverse reactions would reassure those of us who accept them as vital for our society.Hoping that experience was just relative to location, I brought my 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter into the York rd location after they became sick with really bad coughs. My son’s symptoms in particular are indicative of bronchitis - and I referred to personal insight as I had chronic bronchitis for 2 years before - so I wanted to be sure to get him an antibiotic if needed but when we were admitted, the routine vital checks were all that were done to check their conditions. A temperature check, a blood pressure check, checking their breathing and their ears is not a way to rule out bronchial or lung related conditions. Breathing check, yes - but the doctor belittled my intelligence when she said, “everything sounds good”. As if I had come in for fun. As if my son hadn’t lost his voice, had a disgusting rattling cough, hadn’t been able to properly sleep or breath in 4 days, and that I had exhausted my personal remedies - which she acknowledged i had been doing everything right. I’d like to believe that I appropriately described their symptoms to where she would show more care but she did not. I’m glad that I was able to get a Covid test for my babies and confirm that they are clear but that’s all this visit was worth. It sort of cemented for me that these doctors may be trained to look for specific illnesses and/or may be incentivized to utilize specific pharmaceutical products and may deter from identifying solutions for illnesses unrelated to those products. Perhaps, they follow the long line of historic racial discrimination in the Baltimore medical universe. I really don’t know what to think. But what I know is that they fell short of treating my children when they needed it.

I have been taking my kids here for years. Never had a bad experience. My girls (now 11&5) LOVE Dr. Jess. From nasty fevers & ear infections to broken fingers we have always come out with a smile.

I brought my 3yr old son in last week with a visible dislocated elbow. I was sent on our way told it was just a bruise. After he was up screaming all night we went for a 2nd opinion where it was confirmed by our pediatrician, the ER, Advanced Radiology and an Orthopedic Surgeon that he in fact had dislocated his elbow and fractured his arm. It caused more damage not being set the night before. This is such a common injury among kids this age so I am so blown away that no one was able to see this. We were so disappointed. I will say that the staff was incredibly nice and the place was extremely clean.

The process to get an appointment was easy and simple and the wait time was very minimal. We had a great experience.

Absolutely wonderful! Made appointments for my children to get COVID tests. We were in and out in about 20 mins. Everyone was kind and made my kids feel comfortable. You can get a same day PCR test here.
