Do not recommend for gyno surgery. Still have gland that was missed even after a revision. Also , awful scar on side of chest which is noticeable even after 2 years

I have almost no perceptible scarring from that procedure and my breast shape is perfect still, all these years later. I also just had a rhinoplasty from Dr. Schuster 2 months ago. After such amazing results with my breasts there was no question that I where I would go for my "nose job". I am now almost 11 weeks out. Dr. Schuster is just simply gifted. Again, I can barely tell where any of the cuts were made and it looks better than I could have expected. I would claim that he is equal part surgeon and artist. Really amazing job. So pleased. I used to be a regular client at Dr Schuster and Schreibers practice. I came for Dysport, fillers, laser hair removal, hydro facials and radio frequency for skin tightening of the jawline. For the laser Hair, hydro facials and radio frequency I bought packages. I was seeing a nurse named Mary who was amazing. Unfortunately after only two laser hair sessions Mary left the practice and I was told that there was no one else qualified to do any of the services I had paid for except for Dysport or Filler. I was told that they would be hiring someone and would contact me when I can come back to complete my sessions. It’s been at least a year and to date no one has been hired to fill this position. Laser hair removal needs to be done frequently to work so needless to say all my hair grew back. Months ago I called and requested a full refund so that I could take the money invested elsewhere to have the full treatments done. I was connected to Karen the office manager who would not give me a refund and only offered a prorated amount. This amount was not enough to cover a full treatment anywhere and when I expressed this she didn’t care. All of the money I have spent at this clinic and all the times I came in didn’t account for anything. I was treated as though my business and money didn’t matter. I hate to leave a bad review for a business but this is totally unacceptable and unethical. The fact that I paid for packages and they no longer have someone qualified to offer the services is not my problem. I deserve a refund. If I don’t hear anything after this review my next step will be the Better Business Bureau
