Steven Jeffrey Adashek's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Adashek for over a year. He did not address my complaints about random rapid weight gain and hair growth beyond basic blood tests and prescribing an appetite pill — which did not help, because I don’t overeat. He did not do adequate tests to assess my hormone levels. My gynecologist ended up taking the initiative and figured out that my hormones were out of wack and diagnosed me with PCOS. Crucial time was lost and I feel let down by Dr. Adashek’s office. This was during COVID so it may just have been a symptom of the times — we were mostly virtual and I understand it’s difficult to assess a patient’s condition over zoom. That said, I don’t feel that Dr. Adashek listened to me or took my concerns seriously and I was very disappointed in the care I received.

I thought I had an appointment yesterday and mixed up the dates. It was scheduled for 1 month later. I asked the front desk office managers-Tina and Tammy (very sweet people), if there was a way to squeeze me in or if an appointment was cancelled since I was driving in from another state. The NP-Leslie Gold fit me in. The customer service I recieve here from the team is always extremely pleasant. I am truly grateful for NP Leslie Gold. She in particular has the characteristics of a very caring, understanding, empathic and customer focus personality. I would highly recommend her as your NP/doctor of choice.

You have to be very careful about the practices who have all great ratings. Employees and friends of the owners always are giving those 5 stars. I came here because of the great ratings. This place is very disappointing. Stuff is very friendly but Dr Peggy Stouffer AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. Unresponsive, doesn’t follow up, doesn’t care what patient needs. I decided to give this place a chance because my gynecologist is 1 hour away and I wanted someone closer. Such a mistake. Going back to my QBGYN who I used for 17 years.

Dr. Adashek provides superb care!

I was recommended by a friend to Dr adashek. I wasn’t impressed and didn’t like that he didn’t have a medical assistant in the room during exam. He talked a lot about himself and his family the entire time instead of my healthcare. Honestly, he came off as very narcissistic. I will not be returning.

He likes to play “psychiatrist” and label patients and prescribe very dangerous medications he has no business as a GYN prescribing. Doesn’t care to do proper assessments, he really doesn’t want to be bothered even if you have been one of his patients for years. He truly doesn’t care about you when it comes down to it and will sleep well at night knowing he should have done more to help. That’s what a good doctor would do!! He prescribed several medications knowing I don’t take medication while I was in a very confused state after I was hurt severely. by what another doctor did. He showed no concern and did not ask my recent medical care etc to see what might have caused me issues suddenly and instead labeled me as bi polar. I was hurt while In another doctors care and he had no concern to assess me and again prescribed another dangerous medication that he knows nothing about and just give to someone who never took medications ever in their entire life in a confused state. No concern that patients can get dependent on etc. he is not as smart as he thinks he is. He should lose his license.

The best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor— period!! Dr. Adakesh and his team were amazing. They all made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was kind and informative. It felt like a big family. They took their time with me and treated me as a WHOLE person. Beyond the spectrum of the specialty. I was more than information on a chart. Coming from two at-home unmedicated child births I was pretty nervous to step into a medical facility… this practice was extremely refreshing & gave me hope that good doctors still exist. Thanks for the many laughs, successful procedure and thoughtful care.

Sadly, the quality of care is no longer there with him. He is more concerned about financial gain then the best interest of his patients health. Seems to think its ok to make quick diagnosis over the phone without even proper examination and getting crucial information. He has made several mistakes with my care but would never own up to it because he truly believes he doesn't make any. This man really has a lot of people fooled. He is very disingenuous.

The best Dr ever

I’m a new patient to this practice, and I can already tell it’s better than most practices. My provider took the time to listen to me, was thorough, and very warm. I highly recommend this office for women’s care.
