They were very friendly and knowledgeable
Dr O and staff is courteous and attentive to your needs.I cannot thank Debbie the manager enough for letting me vent about the problems I've been having with a supplier , and her assistance to resolve the issue. Thank you all for your services.I've
Poor service, poor follow up! Avoid this location at all costs. The instructions provided are inaccurate - and twice misordering the needed equipment.Further - if you have any questions - they will not answer it. AND - it is especially curious as the interaction with the medical doctor, in my opinion is far too limited. Once video call prior to the test.I do not know about the company foundaiton - but think that they are only focused on money and NOT patient care.
ASM is truly the BEST Maryland regarding Sleep studies and Patient Care!Great staff both daytime as well as Night Sleep Techs Working who really make this place terrific!
The sleep tech for both of my sleep studies was wonderful. Aside from her, everything else about this place has been terrible. In May of 2021, their voicemail recording system is still a message from April of 2020 regarding closing for covid - thats a good indicator of what kind of business is being run here. There is 0 communication - they tell you nothing on how to prepare or what to expect for a sleep study, and there is no follow up afterward whatsoever. After both of my visits, I had to call back numerous times to actually get results (after the promised time frames had passed of them calling me). After the 2nd study, it was almost 2 full weeks before I reached them. After my second study, they then gave me more bad information - saying the company that handles the sleep machine would call me in the next 2 days and I'll have the machine that following week. 6 days later, I reached out to the machine company who still hadn't called, and they informed me itll be another 1-2 weeks to get the machine.I cant in good faith recommend this place to anyone
This place lied to me about what my insurance would cover and charged me $504.65 out of pocket for a sleep study. Luckily I check my insurance's EOB and I'm in the process of getting that refunded. Once I do that I'm going to do a charge back with my bank in hopes to tarnish this places reputation with their payment processor. After I checked into the room and was all set up I was randomly switched rooms and after asking several times wouldn't get a straight answer why. That was sketchy to me, especially since the rooms look like something straight out of an 80s horror movie. You'd think for a literal sleep facility, they would have somewhat modern or comfortable arrangements. The mattress felt like it was from the 80's, and the pillows were awful. The rooms were super creepy with a tiny tv that didn't even work. Like you can't afford to buy memory foam pillows? I understand places like this might be dependent on federal funding, but you can afford a decent pillow at least. Or have the bathrooms stocked with soap and paper towels (my room had neither). For a place that is supposed to be sleep focused, everything about the experience did anything but help me sleep. I definitely recommend getting a take home sleep test before committing to a night here.
Dr. Oh is the ONLY positive thing about this establishment

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
