List of Andrew H. Rosenstein's Reviews
Not sure what went wrong in my interactions with this provider. Communication ranged from none to poor for me. Too bad because it seems like most folks have a good experience with him.
Being very nice, and caring
Takes a while to follow up on phone calls from patients.
Doctor is so responsive!!! Office always calls back .
Everything ran so smooth. Everyone was kind and helpful.
Most often the appointments run on time and I extremely like when the Dr calls ahead of the appointment to make sure that you received the link. That is called perfection.
Dr. Rosenstein is the best I have ever had. He even called me a couple of times at night from his personal cell just to check on me. Very pleased!!!
I always receive the best care. Dr Rosenstein is gem. Knows me without hesitation.
Right now everything!
Dr. Rosenstein was highly recommended and after my first appointment with him I was pleased. Then things changed. His tone when speaking with me was very condescending and he repeated things multiple times. Once covid hit everything changed and the care I received seemed to be transactional with no bedside manner. Dr. Rosenstein was speaking to me like I was an uneducated child (I am 57yrs old and have a masters degree). Also, I was told by his secretary that he does not do in-person appointment and that they do not do anything except procedures. That sounds like a money thing to me. Even my primary care provider is surprised by the change in this practice. Sounds like a revamp of this entire office may be warranted. I now have to find another provider for my gastroenterology care. Hopefully I won't encounter more of the same.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
