I found Dr. Cohen professional, helpful and never rushed my appointment. There are two Dr. Cohens in this office. I am referring to the elder Dr. Cohen. Yes, I would recommend him. He helped with my issue and made constructive suggestions.

My husband has been going to Dr Ross Cohen for 7 years. I started going to him for about 3 years. He is very professional, caring, very knowledgeable He doesn’t rush you and explains everything. He is very personable and has a very nice staff working with him. I don’t understand those comments that are above my comment. They have the wrong doctor must have a different Dr. Cohen.

I’m surprised at comments I read about Dr. Cohen which doesn’t reflect my positive impression and excellent service I have received from him. I first met him when he was practicing at Wellington Reginal Medical Office in 2010 when I moved from Broward County to Palm Beach County. He is an exceptional Specialist, sufficiently knowledgeable, amiable, compassionate and attentive to my complaints. His diagnosis, treatment and prognosis are well above board. He is such a trusted careful professional whom I followed from Wellington to a new location at Lake Worth Road until he relocated to State Road 7 Office at Lake Worth. He pays attention, treats patient as human worth respect and dignity. He is pleasant and outwardly helpful. I will continue to patronize him because not only is he exceptional but most importantly his humanism is visible.

I'd give a zero if possible. I usually don't scrutinize doctors but this has to be said. From nurse saying she'd call with results and nobody calling a week later (when they had report that I had serious matter non-urilogic), to Dr.Ross Cohen being a strange, rude type. I then went to an excellent urologist who told me.. "Yes, I agree.. he is too much and acts like a jerk. " He was rude, mocked me, hurt me badly during cytoscopy, (while also being highly inappropriate). Do not expect a gentle or caring guy. He's a fake and his office is crowded, esp with an odd checkout window right down his hallway, plus, he is a loud talker and when I forgot info about next appointment, he begins scolding me loudly in front of checkout patients? He mocks his patients? Such a weirdo! Strangest office. Sure, it looks very nice when you walk in, and then.. once you get past his assistant Dr, and strange nurses, he's a complete, odd creep. Run! Go to any other urologist.

Arrogant and lacks compassion. Never told me there was substantial blood in my urine nor did he follow up with any tests for over a year! When bladder cancer was found he said I had cancer and left the room. Seems friendly and interested but is really not. Stay away from him!

If I could give him a minus I would. He went from being a caring Dr. to one who was so cavalier about my complaints about pain that I am now suffering from permanent nerve damage. Shame on you Dr Cohen. I trusted you and now I am paying a very big price for that misplaced trust.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen for over 5 years. Exceptional in knowledge. He is Punctual, and to the point. No frills! Just one wonderful doctor.

Pleasant

I was referred by a physician friend who owns the building , after having poor experiences at another Urologist in Boca. Dr. Cohen and his staff were refreshing in their professionalism, positive bedside manner, and extensive knowledge base. Both Dr. Cohen and his PA Irving were superb and clearly possessed a breadth of knowledge and a pleasant disposition. Irving is a gem who had many helpful suggestions. The office itself was beautiful, easy to locate, and tastefully decorated.
