I spent $30,000 on Bosley. Absolutely fraudulent what they market and how their transplants grow in/stay. Five years after my procedure 90% of the hair had fallen out. I was left with scars on back of my head and less hair than I started with. I'm surprised there isn't a class action suit against this company. DO NOT give these people your money.

They are a very unethical company! I have seen Bosley advertisements my entire adult life and always dreamed of getting the procedure done at one of their clinics. However, please beware and do not put any money down until you are sure you will get the procedure done. They ask for a deposit to schedule the procedure. I understood the money would be refundable if anything prevented the completion of the hair transplant. WRONG!!! I went in for a consult and found out during the visit that I had a scalp infection in which the doctor prescribed a medication and I was told it would be healed before my scheduled appointment. Well not only did it not work I also had a bad reaction to the meds prescribed. My tongue blistered up so bad that I could not even eat. The worst day I had was on a Saturday and my scheduled appointment was set for the following Wednesday. I thought I would be better by Wednesday to follow through with my procedure. WRONG AGAIN!!! So, on Tuesday I called to reschedule the procedure and noticed an immediate rude attitude from the person I had been working with. He told me to call the next day to reset the appointment. Again, not only was I not capable of doing the procedure I also had the reaction to the meds. Their point of view was I waited to long to call them. My point I was at my sons weeding on that Saturday and I still planned on going to my appointment but it became apparent by Monday night that I would not be able to go. I thought I would reschedule and everything would be fine but when they got an angry attitude I became uncomfortable with doing the procedure so I ask how a refund would work because I felt like I needed to heal from whatever I had going on with my scalp and tongue from the reaction from the meds. That’s when they informed me there would not be a refund! This ended with them keeping the $1,000 and no procedure for me along with the infected scalp and horrible blisters inside my mouth!!! Hindsight I would have called and left a voicemail over that particular weekend to let them know but I had all intentions of still going to my appointment. It was not until Monday night that I realized I would not be able to do the procedure with an infected scalp and blisters inside my mouth from the medication that they prescribed! So, in reality I don’t see how this could have been done any differently. Bad company! Don’t do business with these people because profits come before people!!!!
