Very valuable resource for grief retreats and nature-informed therapy!
My husband and I attended Rachel’s Winter Sound Bath Immersion. Rachel was so warm and inviting, and led the most amazing sound bath that left both my husband and I relaxed and rejuvenated. Rachel was so knowledgeable and skilled at her practice, and made us feel so comfortable, and wanting to keep participating in her sound baths!
I love this group! For several years, I have participated in meditation day retreats, mental health hikes, and sound baths. Each time I get to go to an event, I learn more about how to fully connect with nature and myself.
The fall Intro to Backpacking and Mental Health trip was fabulous. Heidi, Eliane, and Morrison provided a rich, encouraging experience. Their expertise and passion for the natural world were evident in every aspect of the adventure. I would definitely sign up for another one and would recommend this to anyone wanting to get more comfortable on the trail, or just needing some time away and an opportunity to engage in a supportive journey with a beautiful group of human and more-than-human beings.
I had the good fortune to co-facilitate a retreat with Dr. Heidi Schreiber-Pan in September designed to help folks find new ways to heal from trauma. Heidi, founder of the Nature -Informed Therapy, here in Towson is gifted with an extraordinary understanding of how our natural world can calm us, thus opening avenues for healing at the deepest levels. I am looking forward to participating in Heidi's spring therapist's training to further integrate nature in my practice..... Mary Sue McCarthy, Ms, LCPC, NCC, Trauma and Addictions Therapist

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
