Had appt made a month and a half before date. Never received package I needed to complete since it was a Telemedicine appt.. they called and asked why I hadn't sent it in and I said I never received it. They told me they would email me the link to complete it online which they never did so I had to call back the next day and reschedule. They said they had an appt at the end of the week which I said I'd take. They never emailed me the details of the appt like I asked so I called them the day before and was told there was no record of my appt. When I told her I'd made one the day I had to cancel and it should be there she got very rude and started laughing at my frustrating situation. I told her not to worry and hung up. This place wasted 2 months of my time as I'm trying to get a diagnosis. Wouldn't recommend. F- on all points.
