David S. Goldstein's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Goldstein since 1999 and I think he is a great doctor. He explains the procedures and is very nice to talk to and does a great job. He also has a sense of humor much like my own!

My mother was told she was getting a procedure to remove her kidney stones, instead received a stent and introduced to Dr Dunn, the surgeon who was supposed to remove the kidney stones, who was not in the OR, whose scheduler was supposed to call, and hasn’t for the last week, while my mother deals with a golf ball sized kidney stone among others. The office staff is very kind and apologetic, probably because they have practice at dealing with upset patients. Felt fishy when completely different procedure was done, feels worse that currently nothing is being done after daily phone calls and messages. Most likely heading to ER because that seems to be only option for getting any relief.

I think Dr. Goldstein is a good and compassionate doctor. I only give credit where credit is due.

Extremely displeased with Dr. Goldstien's inability to properly submit prescriptions (multiple time) with the proper diagnosis for drugs requiring insurance approval. Once turned down I had to wait 90-days to resubmit. Then the prescription he did manage to get approved was dosed so poorly that my lab work after three months showed a worse results than what I first tested at when I went to him. He does not return calls and he makes no attempt on his end to correct issues brought about by his inability to properly submit a prescription. His entire demeanor is I'm just one of many, churn them in and churn them out, next patient.

The staff is polite and professional, and do Goldstein seems more like a friend , he cares .. thank you dr

I am only giving ione star because I have to gove something, he treated my 88 year old father like a guinee pig, getting any type of answers about his aftercare from surgery was like pulling teeth,my father had to wait 1 month to have his catheter removed after surgery,i called the doctor and the office for an appointment, they would not see him, who waits one month for a follow up when they have agressive cancer?!?!

Horrible experience for my dad of 88 years of age, operated on him, told me he would see him in 2 weeks,my father was in horrible pain, made him wait 1 month with a catheter. Later in q month released him with catheter without testing for a UTI, my dad was rushed to the ER , great surgeon, however aftercare,and trying to find out if you have cancer or not for a whole month is a different story!

He was very dismissive and unprofessional. I have changed doctors.
