All about the $$$. Dr. looked up my nose with a scope for ~ 3mins and it ended up costing me not only the $40.00 copay, no problem, but it cost an additional $150.00 which was not disclosed as being an additional cost for what is considered a "medical procedure". Once done, I was told I had a problem with my sinus on one side and sent for a CT of my sinuses. Well, I knew there was a problem before I went into the office. Anyway, folks, just make sure you receive full disclosure when you go to this particular office. I won't be going back, because I don't trust the veracity of the "professionals" supporting this operation.

Dr. Sohn is wonderful. He is super pleasant and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. No long wait times in the waiting room and the front desk staff are nice. I've been to 2 office locations and each time, everything ran efficiently. I would definitely recommend.

Dr sign is amazing. He has been my ENT for the past 4 years. I went to him w fluid build up on my ear and double ear infection. I couldn't hear for about 2 weeks before seeing him. He gave me medication options and and aftercare plan. I went back 2 2eeks later and no change, he suggested tubes in my ears. The best idea ever as I have had ear issues all my life. He got me in on the day of new years Eve and got my tubes in in about 15 minutes. i could hear like I've never heard before. I definitely recommend dr sohn! Thank you!!

Completely wasted my time. No help, and no clue how to help. Avoid at all costs

I am a Baltimore based primary care physician knowing Dr. Sohn for about 15 years. Looking for his address I stumbled upon some upsetting ratings which are simply not true. Sick and nervous patients, along with their family members , can easily and unknowingly change facts when upset, especially with bad news. Dr. Han Sohn is the only ENT specialist I send for help with my patients, family, and friends. He is caring, compassionate, has excellent knowledge, and immense experience. His jovial manner to ease a person's anxiety could easily be misinterpreted. I know this because it has happened to me and my partners. Let us not forget to also mention his ability as an excellent surgeon; I know this because I am an active patient as well. Thank you Dr. Sohn

They always are concerned about their patients and make every effort to schedule an appointment timely even when they are busy. We have recommended this doctor to many.

I made an appointment here weeks ago. In all that time, not one of his staff members who schedule appointments bothered to say, you need a referral. I usually don’t with my insurance. Then I remembered, years ago taking my daughter to him and not getting much help either. Really glad I am not being seen by him and that I do not have to deal with the awful staff members who sit at the front desk. Do yourself a favor, and don’t waste your time going here.

Dr. Sohn is great he performed my septoplasty surgery and everything went amazing I can breathe out of my nose after several years of major congestion . I will definitely recommend Dr. Sohn . he's the best !! He's very patient and understanding . All of the assistants in his doctors office are great as well ! I'm always in and out when I go there I love it !

My experience at Total ENT care was awful. The people in the office are very unprofessional and rude to patients. The office is very unwelcoming and the staff are very unprofessional. I will definitely be switching doctors and finding someone else. The doctor doesn't seem enthusiastic at all and barely made eye contact with me to make me feel comfortable. Also, the way they answer the phones should have warned me not to go.

Very poor bedside manner. He actually laughed at my boyfriend when he expressed pain while he was shoving cotton into his very inflamed sinus cavity. He did not give proper pain medication for a procedure and it had to be cut short due to the immense pain. Would not recommend him.
