Was not impressed at all with this doctor. He has no courtesy of patients wait times and doesn’t care if you sit there for 1-2 hours for your scheduled visit. Could barely get a word in. He is really egotistical and likes to hear himself talk than let the patient explain their concerns. Spending a short visit and not doing a proper assessment- he is clueless. Gives a completely wrong diagnosis. Loves to charge high fees for nothing! The staff is so rude and talk about other patients and don’t answer calls on caller ID. Zero stars

I waited a couple months he never attended my confirmed tele appt. Maybe he was playing tennis. This was my first appointment. I did not reschedule. Terrible treatment he didn’t show up

I can no longer get an in office visit, only because the waiting room is too small to accommodate the patients during the current pandemic. I can get in office appointments with all other docs and dentist.

Dr Hauptman is an amazingly thoughtful and brilliant physician. He is up to date on all fields of medicine and explains everything thoroughly and takes as much time as needed to weigh all medical options. He is also truly warm and caring . He has been my doctor for about a decade and I consider myself truly lucky !!!

Dr. Hauptman has been wonderful in helping my mom with RA. He takes his time to explain everything to us and ensures we understand what is going on. To date, we've had no issues with staff. The wait time can get long, but it doesn't reflect on the care we get directly with Dr. H.

Dr. Hauptman was wonderful. I just had my first visit. I was diagnosed with Lymes just under 2 years ago. He made sense of it all and answered every question I had. He was thorough and extremely attentive. I highly recommend him and look forward to our future healing relationship. Thank you Dr. Hauptman.
