I am highly unsatisfied with my experience. This location has no appointments. Instead of continuing to take new clients they need to be concerned about the ones they have. I have not been able to get an appointment since September and I am sure it is interfering with my results. The hair growth cycle is being missed which will probably result in me needed additional treatments. I started laser with a timeline in mind of when I would be complete but because of the lack availability my plans have been disrupted.

The staff is always very friendly and professional and the treatment space is always very clean and prepped for me so I barely have to wait when Im there. The nurses always talk me through the procedure and ensure my comfort throughout the treatment. Definitely a positive experience
