I've been seeing Dr. Satterfield since she openned her practice- over 30 years. She listens to you and takes all your concerns into consideration. Over the years I have gone out of my to select Health care policies that her office accepts to keep her as my physician. Trust is huge when choosing your doctor & I trust her that much.

Dr. Satterfield is the most responsive caring and patient doctor. She takes her time to sit with her clients to make sure she does a thorough check. Love having her as my primary.

Think Dr Satterfield is a good Doctor but her staff is horrible! They make you feel like you ruined their day by asking them to do their job. Things like making an appt, check your file to see if you’ve had a vaccine,or request a refill. Even As far as Asking them a simple question they make you feel like they don’t have the time for it the rudeness is unbelievable!

Why isn't something done about the stuff.it makes the doctor look weak and the patients feel as though the doctor doesn't care.i never get a call any more about lab work and talking to anyone is a big lose.i feel that this doctor just doesn't care.she just wants you out as quick as she can.

I have been seeing Dr. Satterfield for many years. She is by far the best in listening, showing compassion and going the extra mile to see that I get EVERYTHING I need. Staff help has varied over the years, and some NOT so good for sure. I will stick it out because once I see the DR...I know I will be in good hands...If she leaves...I will follow her for sure. She should leave and get her own staff. No better Dr anywhere. I travel to see her and it's worth it to me.

I love dr satterfield but i do not understand why nothing is done about her staff. I hate to move to another to another doctor but after years of the same complaints about the staff and see the patients complaints are not dealt with this looks like the patient doesnt matter.plus my grandson was turned away even though my daughter and i have seen her for years.we were told she is seeing new patients and we are a continued family members.the staff was very rude and did not even try to be nice.and made it uncomfortable for me to even make an appointment for myself.i really am thinging about looking for a new doctor.adoctor should no how to handle their staff.
