Today I left my appointment with Dr Razvi feeling very concerned with the way he spoke to me in a condescending tone and anger, it sounded like. People are people whatever your profession is. Treat everyone with respect. I intended to make him aware of how I felt but was quickly dismissed. His staff are not organized and seem confused.

Dr Razvi and his staff were amazing back in 2003 when I had Kidney issues he did a great Job removing one of my Kidneys Ive been alot healthier ever since and I'm so very thankful. May God greatly Bless this wonderful Doctor and his Staff. I will forever be grateful to him for saving my life.

Dr. Razvi and Staff were amazing. I had to travel from Thunder Bay, and they did everything possible to accommodate my travel and appointments! The best!

I was in London on Monday to undergo liphotripsy with Dr. Razvi. The first time I met him was 10 minutes before my treatment. Any information I needed about the procedure I received from the Secretary not him. There should have been a consult either by video chat or phone call with Dr. Razvi to explain my kidney stones and what exactly he was hoping to perform on Monday. Never happened and I feel that our patient Doctor relationship lacked big time. I did end up not having the procedure and coming home to Ottawa since my bp was very high and I agreed with Dr. Razvi to get my bp under control and come back. Bottom line a phone call or video chat with him would have answered many of my questions and put me more at ease to come to London. Hope this helps. By the way I will be talking by phone with my Urologist here in Ottawa tomorrow who will perform the procedure and explain to me what to expect and answer all my questions and concerns.

If you are fortunate enough, to get Dr Razvi as your Doctor.....You are in the best hands possible. He is such a gentleman...has amazing bedside manner. No one is more knowledgeable than he is. He is also so patient and answers all your questions. I feel so blessed to have him as my Doctor!

I had a sizeable stone removed from my left kidney approximately 10 days ago. Had my stent removed today and feel awesome. Dr. Razvi and his staff treated me wonderfully. His manner when we met was very reassuring, gentle and professional. Minutes before surgery he came up to me and asked if I was OK and if I had any questions for him......who does that? Only a doctor with a heart does! Thanks doc!
