I have been going to Maryland pain management for over 10 years they are courteous their professional they have completely help me with the pain in my neck.I would recommendI them.

Entire staff is friendly & helpful. Very thorough at explaining & addressing your needs. Attentive & overly compassionate during every spinal injection. My provider, nurse practitioner- Gilah Speedone & the medical assistants - Tierra & Sierra, are exceptional!

10+ phone calls and still no appointment set up. Getting ahold of anyone on the phone here is like winning the lottery. I’ve spoken to multiple different people over the course of a few weeks and my information somehow went missing and they never call you back. They have made an already painful experience even worse. Go to another clinic

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this group. MaryAnn Anthony, JoAnn Andresini and Dr. Lou Panlilio have been the answers to my prayers now for many years now. They've been professional, nonjudgemental and have treated me kindly. There are many other practices NOT practicing this type of empathic medicine.

Communication Terribly Lacking. I would love to be able to review this practice, but I am unable because we never got in the door. While I realize that these are difficult times and we are all dealing with extenuating circumstances, I found the terrible lack of communication from this practice, in particular, the new patient coordinator (Ashley) to be completely unacceptable. Working from home should not prevent you from being responsive to patients in need. I feel that more than 2 weeks without a return phone call after having left several messages and even sending a couple of faxes is ridiculous! I was able to find another practice that not only responded on the same day, but also had my husband scheduled for an assessment and a procedure immediately. Clearly, Pain Management Specialists is a poorly run practice from an administrative standpoint.

Everyone was so helpful with me with my issues. Dr. Grabow was very nice and professional.

Dr. Brian Block has been my physician for several years now. He is fluent in the latest treatments and procedures to help those with life debilitating chronic pain. He takes the time to listen to you and offers various types of help. The office staff are always very friendly and professional. Personally, I feel like they go above and beyond. Even with the covid virus, the practice implementation Telehealth quickly and in a functional manner. Bottom line, if you are working hard for your personal health they are there to help.

I was happy and impressed with the staff here. They were so kind and were trying to keep my mind off the super uncomfortable injection I was receiving. You can tell they truly care about their patients. They were extremely accommodating and actually fit me in during their lunch so I could have pain relief as soon as possible. I had a pleasant experience both times I was there. I will definitely continue going here and recommend them to anyone who needs pain management.

The best part of my health insurance plan is that I don't need a referral for a specialist. I am very particular about the doctors I choose and stay with. I've been told my research in choosing doctors is obsessive. I have degenerative disk disease and have been receiving pain relief injection treatments from Dr Grabow for approximately 8 years while trying to avoid surgery. Dr Grabow is the doctor responsible for me seriously considering what continued Rx opioid use was doing to my health. After each treatment, I get an emailed survey from them asking my opinion about my experience with them. I'm getting tired of telling them the same thing every time. There is not even one suggesion I could make for improvement. From making an appointment, through the completed procedure and recovery time, everything is managed efficiently, professionally, and friendly. At every stage, there's a conversation with each nurse or technician and then a consultation with Dr Grabow before the procedure. Anytime I hear of anyone with spine pain issues, I tell them they should make an appointment with Dr Grabow, get an MRI, and see how he can help. Also, with the COVID-19 situation, Dr Grabow and his Staff have taken precautions to assure everyone's safety.

I went to see Dr. Theodore Grabow, because I was having severe back pain and shock down my legs. I was unable to stand straight and was unable to sleep because of the continuous pain. I was scheduled and in the procedure room within a day or so. He explained to me what was going on from my MRI and what was the suggested plan. I went and had the injection which by the end of the day I could already feel a huge change. By the next day my pain was completely gone and I was not feeling any shock down my legs. Dr. Grabow really takes the time to evaluate the patient and what is going to give them back there life without pain. Thank you so much!!!
