One star is for Angie Hayes alone- the rest of PsychNP Wellness deserves better than to be associated with her. She literally hung up the phone on me. That is what she did to a patient seeking mental health care. I'll leave the rest unsaid for confidentiality reasons, but if you're considering this practice, ask for anyone else.

Wendie Malsinki is my clinician.. absolutely wonderful and has helped me so much!!! Thank God I found her. A great asset to ur team!!!!

I can’t speak on the entire practice, but SHANNON KELSO is one of the worst medical “professionals” I’ve ever come across in my 28 years of a mental health journey. The way she spoke to me was demeaning & judgemental & would have set any individual struggling with their mental health back immensely. Thank god I was able to contact my actual therapist directly after the appointment — that she called off halfway through — for genuine support. But this interaction did deter my quest for a proper medication, so I want to be open about how negative this experience was & how disgusted I am with the individual responsible for it. I disclosed that I have managed my mental health up till now through lifestyle changes & (controlled, responsible & legal) alternative treatment options such as cannabis & esketamine in the appt set up. I also disclosed that I am a high level corporate cannabis professional and that controlled substances have been present in my life forever & that I have found success, happiness & balance with them present. This woman, in the year 2025 in a cannabis-legal state, said: “I don’t care if that’s helped you personally. There is no data to support any benefits to those options. You will not live a fulfilling, stable life unless you eradicate cannabis from it”. I’m not here to argue or get political, and you can save your “data” for someone who cares. When a patient is telling you what has worked for them, you listen. The LAST thing you do as a professional in the mental health space is pass such brazen judgement on someone looking for support. I told her I understand the stigma but that my other doctors help me exist with the presence of these things. She said she could not help me at all unless I am willing to address my “addiction issues”. She ended the call with “When you want the guidance of a REAL medical professional, feel free to reach out”. Shannon — I genuinely hope you reconsider your path in life. You are not helpful, kind, compassionate, or anything a good nurse/doctor/person should be. You should be ashamed of yourself and I hope to god your outreach is very limited, because you will lead someone to a very scary place if you continue offering any sort of “medical advice”. Please get off your high horse, do some self reflection, & choose a career where you can only harm yourself.

It's so refreshing to have a provider who actually listens! Wendie Malkinski is so real with me. I've been seeing her for a few years, and I've always felt listened to and validated. I also really appreciate the option to do telehealth appointments.

I have been without my medication and going through withdrawals for several days. I called the front desk and was told to use the portal, with no indication of how to do so or where the link was, etc. The front desk said they would contact me doctor as "a courtesy" (isn't that their job?) to get me my meds but two more days have gone by and I now have to miss work because of side effects of not having my medication. The rest of my meds have been filled. Am tired of being sick.

Office staff lack severely. Been using a specific provide that I followed to this practice that has literally ghosted me as the Mom and my two children. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional service. Hoping the owners of this facility look into the emails to see exactly how many times I tried (and ways through the portal) to reach out and get help for my children.

A provider who may have 12 letters to their name. Doesn’t care if you not only have a bad quality of life. But also doesn’t care if you literally almost die because they are not medicating you correctly. And not even regarding a narcotic or a benzo. But a simple psychiatric medication designed to do its job. Simple request was asked. Major problem and catastrophe identified. No treatment provided. I don’t know if it’s legal to use a name in a negative review. I can say I left this Practice and this crooked provider. I have received proper care and treatment from my new provider. I’m functioning better than before. In lieu of using the specific name of this 12 letter “doctor”. Steer clear of psychnp. I was with this provider for a long while and they slowly turned sour over time. Their crookedness was covert til they unleashed it horrifically against my ability to stay alive!!!!! This may sound like crazy talk, but these are words of truth and caution to anybody else! PLENTY of other psych options out there. With real “doctors”.

I was very nervous going back to psychiatry, but it was time. The staff were caring. The nurse I saw was so polite and caring and actually listened. I am so happy I decided to make that call. I even sent my brother here and he also felt very welcomed. It changed my life and my family is so much better. If anyone is on the fence you deserve good mental health care. Go here and see for yourself.

Was able to get in quickly with an NP and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. But unfortunately my NP waited until the end of a $358 (billed to insurance) hour-long new patient appointment to tell me that she doesn't feel comfortable prescribing the medication I have been on for the last 7 years. Suggested trying an entirely new medication. Would be nice to know beforehand which would save everyone time and money and would've allowed me to look for another provider.

I’ve had a good experience with Ms. Brill the nurse practitioner and have seen her for years. In today’s review, I really want to give a shout out to the helpful receptionists. My pharmacy was giving me a hard time about filling a prescription - when I called the office asking for help, Matthew and Wendy spent 45 minutes on hold with CVS, eventually physically sent someone over to the pharmacy to sort out the prescriber authorization, and then got back to me to assure me that it was being filled. Thanks so much for helping me get my meds, the diligence is very appreciated!
