I have had this doctor for over 15 years and travel long distance to have her services. Most times people are not patient and dont understand what happens with the medical field and how busy it is. The doctor has been very helpful, quick and I have had no problems in all these years. She is the best doctor I ever had. The mychart is available for quick access and she answers quickly. She is busy and is always in demand. Thank you Dr. Whiteford you are the best.

Dr Whiteford - (and her staff ) - is the best doctor I have ever visited. I’ve been her patient for many years and she is always so comforting and reassuring. Whatever your complaint, she always knows how to “fix it”. I actually look forward to my annual checkups. She makes you feel as though you are her only patient!

Called multiple times (3+) over the course of two weeks to establish this practice as my Primary Care Physician. Each time I sat on hold for 30+ minutes before behind disconnected without a response. After having an accident and fracturing my tailbone I called to attempt to make an appointment. Sat on hold for 20 minutes before my call was answered. The woman who answered my call had a terrible attitude (very snarky) and told me since I hadn't yet been seen (even though I had called to make an appointment in the past) they couldn't make an appointment. Horrific first impression.

Zero stars if I could. I switched doctors to Dr Whiteford and was told I'd have to wait 7 months for an initial doctors appointment. Why even accept new patients?

Doesn't take patient concerns seriously. As a primary care physician she should have diagnosed most of the condition I went to her with, but they were diagnosed by other specialist or secondary dr.'s who just listened to my concern.

I have bee a patient of Dr. Whiteford for many years. I hope she never retires! She is thorough, she talks with you and listens to your concerns and or problems. I have never felt rushed in any way! She calls you back if you need to talk with her. She will discuss results with you. She’s kind and understanding. I am so glad to have her as my physician!

Dr. Sarah Whiteford is an amazing phyiscian who is percise, knowledgeable and professional. She pays attention to her patients needs and knows them well. I've been seeing her since 2004 and continue to see her now. Outstanding medical professional!
