Wow, all I can say is THANK YOU Karisa!! My mental and physical health have improved since coming here and I’m starting to feel like myself again! Karisa is a compassionate practitioner who takes her time to listen to your concerns and she treats you accordingly. You can tell she is highly skilled and knows what she’s doing.10/10, highly recommended!!!

Can someone help me with their prices for one without insurance?

Amazing experience to say the least. Prior to my visit i had never had accupuncture before. Im a young, active student who had some lower back problems due to the gym. Ive been in consistent pain for over 6 weeks. I had no idea what to expect coming in, in fact i was a bit nervous. From the start of greeting the secretary that disappeared. I was welcomed in a clean, relaxing environment by really sympathetic people who cared about my well being. I previously saw an orthopedic before coming here and i was disappointed with his lack of concern and motivation to rush me out of the office. Not here. Karisa took me back and explained everything very clearly and really wanted to understand my problems. She continued to make me feel very comfortable as she worked on her craft. She did a fantastic job, guiding me through everything she did. The expierence before even getting into the reason i came in was so relaxing, a great stress reliver during a hard work week. After just one treatment before i even got up i noticed much more improved stability and far less pain. I walked out with a smile on my face, none of the normal pain ive been having, and a much more positive outlook, hope that i will return to 100% fast. I cannot wait to return. The Towson Accupuncture Associates go beyond expectation and i would highly reccomend to anyone even considering treatment for any type of pain or even someone having a stressful time. Acupuncture with Karisa is awesome. Been seeing her for over four years since before she started her own practice. Saw her once before she left another practice and immediately had a connection that I had to follow her. She is very knowledgeable and treats you like family. So glad to have met her. I have been receiving acupuncture for over 25 years now from a variety of skilled acupuncturists and this by far, is my favorite place of healing. I absolutely love coming for my acupuncture appointment. Thank goodness for Karisa Grudi who is not only an amazing healer but whose compassion and gentle nature makes for the perfect setting where relaxation and true healing can occur. I always feel like I can take on the world (in a relaxed, zen way) after my sessions! Thank you for helping me reduce my stress levels and tension. Thank you for helping me thru some painful recoveries from knee and hip surgeries. Also, Colleen at the front desk is always so helpful and knowledgeable about all things insurance related! I may have worked with Bill and Karisa for years but it does not sway how I feel about their practice. When I started working with Bill in 2008, he gave me my 1st ever acupuncture treatment. I had been through 4 surgeries prior to this for abdominal pain (gallbladder, appendix and endometriosis removed 2x). I was still having the pain afterwards. Honest to God, after my 1st treatment, the pain was gone. I had no expectations whatsoever so it wasn't like I had it in my brain that I was going to feel better. I have always had bizarre, challenges health issues and he's really helped me over the last 10 yeas and I have seen Karisa for about 9 years now as well. I had kidney stones months back that were caused from taking topamax. I was in complete misery. I wasn't going to waste time and money sitting in the ER when there's not much they can do. Yet again, after the acupuncture, the pain was DRASTICALLY reduced much to my surprise. I ended up with 2 stones- 1 after the other and thanks to Karisa, it helped soooo much both times. I have been treated for migraines, occipital neuralgia, interstitial cystitis, back/neck/shoulder issues, plantar fasciitis, IBS, reflux, dental pain, De Quervain's, anxiety, depression and I am sure there is more. Like I said, my health is bonkers. I am so blessed to have these 2 to help me with all of these issues. Otherwise, I would be on so much medicine and would never leave the doctors office.

I came to Towson Acupuncture when I ran out of options with my plantar fasciitis. I was walking around in chronic pain every day. After a few sessions, I felt a world of difference. Some things you do not think you need may just be the ticket to recover from ages of discomfort. I found them online and setting up an appointment was easy the office is a very relaxed place and made the experience a lot better. The entire staff was friendly.

After years of chronic neck pain and headaches and losing all hope of ever living pain free, I finally decided to try acupuncture one day. Traditional medicine had barely helped me and I needed to take a different approach to managing my care. I'm so glad I did!! Bill took the time to understand where my pain originated from, how it affected me daily and what scope of treatment was needed to best provide relief and healing. I've gone from daily neck pain and 3-4 headaches/week to occasional flair ups that are tolerable. I started out seeing Bill twice a week for 5 weeks and now I see him as needed for flare ups and maintenance. Day to day life is good again!!! Thank you, Bill!
