Kaiser Permanente received 7.8% positive feedback, with patients praising the professional care and expedited services at select facilities. These people were great! My wife had trouble breathing and I thought she might have pneumonia. They took us right in and gave her a correct diagnosis and prescriptions. Be patient, as they are open 24 hours with about a dozen visitors at 2am, but they are efficient-- we are from SoCal, and being out of state did not expect to be treated this well!
I had to wait 5 hours to have my little brother's chin checked and stitched after got hit playing baseball. All he needed was 2 stitches and then had us waiting 5 hours on a Wednesday.
I was sent here on 04/24/2025 for lab work and ct scan . Mind you I had been here before on 02/04/2025 and they told me I had the flu and sent me home. Flash forward to yesterday I go for bloodwork at 330pm and was told to come back at 9pm for ct scan ok I come back first they don’t communicate apparently I was supposed to have a iv line in for ct scan not done so they proceeded to stick me several times before getting it right . Flashback back in February I came in for stomach pain they sent me home saying I have the flu the next day I’m feeling worse I go to the ER turns out I have appendicitis so bad they have to operate immediately I had no time to prepare myself or my family ok flash forward yesterday I’m sent back there they say nothings wrong but wait should I believe not the doctor on duty was uncaring and down right rude I won’t put the b name on here out of respect but y’all will know who I’m talking about this is the same location that have put Aids blood years ago so it’s safe to say I’m back in the ER getting checked correctly by real doctors You need to do better I spent a whole night just to find out nothing
i went in because of a knee injury the receptionist was nice and the nurses were super friendly but i had been there for hours and. my gauge was coming off and there had been a new receptionist and i was telling the receptionist about it and telling her that i was bleeding and her response was “i’ll be seen soon” i respectfully try to tell her that it’s bleeding out of the gauge once again and her response was “what are you going to do”. with all due respect that’s your job to assist me.
Pleasant and Professional! My mom hates needles and she said they did a good job!
I was in car accident, Kaiser told me to come to urgent care instead of emergency room first. I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours. My back is locking up on me and the pain is getting worse. I asked if I could get something until the doctors comes in. The nurse was very rude and nasty.
I Don't Recommend The Gastro Doctors at Woodbridge VA Center I Don't Recommend 2 of The Doctors They Do Not Care About My Health at all I Need A New Gastro Doctor ASAP and Having No Luck
Rude Staff and Careteam. Largo Medical Facility in Maryland. Most of the departments are understaffed and some of the careteam members need a serious attitude adjustments. Please take your love ones some where else. When open enrollment comes around leave Kaiser. My 78 year old mother was verbally abused by a nurse in the Opthamology department. I am calling to get her name so I can report her.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE +1 (805) 301 7006 NO NONSENSE and GREAT ASSISTANCE!!!
5 days ago I underwent reconstructive surgery after losing 150 pounds, and I cannot recommend Dr. Ben Hornik enough for anyone considering body contouring, especially after extreme weight loss. A lot of people have negative things to say about Kaiser Permanente, and even more people wouldn’t recommend getting cosmetic surgery there. We are conditioned to believe that the best plastic surgeons are either overseas or in Miami, but my experience with Dr. Hornik completely shattered that misconception. I have a chronic condition and was originally paired with Dr. Hornik to excise both of my armpits due to recurring infections. This was an extremely scary surgery for me, but it was necessary to prevent excruciating pain and ongoing health complications. After researching Dr. Hornik, I discovered that he specializes in reconstructive surgery—this gave me immense comfort. I truly believe that reconstructive surgeons approach surgery differently than cosmetic-focused plastic surgeons, with a deeper focus on functionality, healing, and natural contouring. My armpits were left open to heal after he removed the infected tissue, and the size of my open wounds was about 5x5 inches. Thanks to his surgical precision and post-op care, I healed beautifully—my armpits fully closed, and I maintained full range of motion. I am beyond grateful for the work he did to restore my body. Seven months later, once I was fully healed, I went back to Kaiser to discuss cosmetic surgery. Since Dr. Hornik had already worked on my body and I felt so safe under his care, I trusted him completely to help guide my next steps. I knew I needed a tummy tuck and breast reduction, but I wasn’t sure which techniques would be best for me. Dr. Hornik carefully assessed my body and recommended a circumferential body lift to achieve the best results. I also let him decide the size of my breast reduction since I wanted them quite small—as someone who had a 46I cup at my heaviest, I was left with very little tissue after weight loss, so I trusted his expertise. One of the most incredible things about Dr. Hornik is how well he listens and affirms his patients’ choices. I did not want my nipples or areolas reattached after my breast reduction. I’m not non-binary, but I’ve never had a great relationship with my nipples and simply didn’t want them. Many surgeons would have questioned this decision or tried to persuade me otherwise, but Dr. Hornik did not. Instead, he affirmed my choice, told me it was totally fine, and even pointed out that not doing a nipple graft significantly reduced my risk of infection. Additionally, because of social media, I believed liposuction was necessary to achieve a sculpted, contoured shape. Dr. Hornik assured me that a skilled reconstructive surgeon can contour the body beautifully without lipo. I was willing to pay extra for it, but he made sure I didn’t waste money on something that wasn’t actually necessary. This level of honesty and ethical care is exactly what you want in a surgeon. I am currently 6 days post-op, and I feel amazing. My recovery has been miraculous—I have not experienced any pain yet, and although I’m swollen, I already love my new body. This journey has been a combination of my own hard work, my dedication to wellness and weight loss, and Dr. Hornik’s exceptional skills in reconstructive surgery. If you are looking for a surgeon who listens, explains, affirms, and truly understands reconstructive surgery, Dr. Ben Hornik is the one. I will continue to sing his praises across social media because the work he did for me was life-changing. For my before and after photos, you can follow me on Instagram: @opticalgoddess_.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
