List of Omni Primary & Urgent Care's Reviews
I totally agree with the comments about how the level of service, urgency, and professionalism has gone down since Dr. Otiji has been gone! She would be furious knowing that the patients she build bonds with that supported this center arent being cared for the same way. They don't answer the phone, mailboxes always full, and now everything is online.. I've been trying to get my prescriptions filled and unless I go into the office, im unable to reach anyone. CVS had even fixed over the refill info and nothing...just total disregard for clients!
This is the WORST office in the History of Primary Care Offices. Ms. Geraldine is the best MA there hands down but the office has a HIGH TURN OVER RATE when it comes to staff. Treatment there sucks as well. New doctors come in and the patients aren't sent any info about new changes. The wait time.....lord don't get me started on that try 45min-1hr 1/2 even for a small appt. I had to get labs done last year and because they didn't put in correct code i was responsible for the bill that came from Quest. Only go to this office if u don't care about your health.
I went to Omni Primary & Urgent Care. I really did not want to write a negative review on them. This is after they argued with me and accused me of not rescheduling an appointment. Until I had to go back to my car and luckily I was smart enough to ask for an appointment card to verify that I had an appointment for that day. Then they was suppose to do a video call with me. No instructions no link or anything whatsoever. I had to call them and remind them about the video call. They said they would call 30 minutes before time. Nothing. Called 3 times for them to send the link. Nothing. Then when I go back to the clinic because they never called me. The lady at the front desk started insulting me, practically cursing at me, saying I didn't do what I was suppose to do. The same lady who forgot my appointment date or didn't put it in the computer. And then tell me, that its my fault. I chose this clinic. I should have chose a different clinic. I said, is this your response to me. Now, It's not my objective to throw this clinic under the bus. But come on now. Your dealing with people healthcare. I chose this place because it was near my house. But maybe the people that go there don't have a lot of money or something. So they are not treated with the respect they deserve. So the few times I've been there. I've seen extreme lack of respect in the customer service, etc. I paid money and didn't even get the service that I paid for. But, if that's the reaction, its not worth it. I just ask that they remember, that there dealing with people healthcare and thats of critical and primary importance. Don't take the people for granted.
Since Dr. A Otiji left this officie has gone COMPLETELY downhill. It’s not the nurses, lab tech or front desk secretaries it’s honestly the lack of care, lack of urgency, professionalism and understanding from the female nurse practitioner. Gearldine the nurse and the lab tech are complete professionals and they’ve been there for over a decade. My daughter has been a patient at this office over ten years. To me this office now only cares about charging you to be seen if you need forms completed she’ll get to it whenever she feels like it. My daughter was told 5-7 business days while at the office visit 5/22/24 but today over the phone I was told it would be 5-7 business day’s from today 5/29/24. My daughter has multiple disabilities that require proper treatment and care from a dedicated PROFESSIONAL medical care team of doctors. If you want to be taken seriously for primary care explore all options. The insurance company will be billed but the care isn’t priority to the nurse practitioner. My daughter office visit was only for medical forms and my daughter needed her Ibuprofen that she was getting refilled that Dr. Otiji put her on for one of her disabilities but the nurse practitioner didn’t give my daughter any extra refills so when she runs out she’ll have to go back in for another visit so they can bill the insurance for office visit for a refill. I was scheduled for a telehealth appointment today, I sat on the phone for over an hour waiting to talk to someone.i just need a simple question answered about a medication. But all I got was the run around. I was told a provider would call me back but of course no one did. It's just a simple question about a medication.
I was not seen by the provider I booked. I know what consist of a proper physical exam. This was not it. I was seen by a woman named Jessinta Ngunkeng. She seemed as though she either lacked intelligence/ didn't know what she was doing, or was just plain lazy. She BARELY checked my knees, a few touches and that's it, again, I know what a proper check up is. This was by far the most unprofessional office I've experienced. A literal joke lol! I ended up going to Patient First for a proper exam and was met by a doctor who knew exactly what to do, she asked me to lay down and thoroughly examined my knees, she scheduled me for an MRI after confirming I had not broken bones to suggest an X-ray and that it may be cartilage damage in my knees. Jessinta so easily scheduled me for an X-ray without an examination when in actuality I needed an MRI. She gave off an uneducated demeanor, first and last time coming! It was the most bootleg service I encountered that I actually laughed on my way out! Hopefully you all do better.
This medical practice is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I do not think they have the proper training/ knowledge to treat patients. Also, trying to pay for your medical bill is an extreme hassle. The phone do not work/no one answers. I am very disappointed in my experience. I hope things can get better but until then I will not be coming back.
This is a great practice! The staff are friendly, efficient and prompt! There’s no longer waiting and it’s clean and organized! I love going in bcc it’s very definitely a pleasant experience! I would not go anywhere else as this medical care team is top notch, five star all the way round! Glad to be a patient of theirs. Thank you!
Staff is kind and very concerned for the wellness of their patients.
From the first phone call to my visit, it was Awesome! Customer Service and the Doctor was Wonderful! Thanks for seeing me on such a short notice! Definitely recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
