My mother has been going to this dentist for some time. My first time meeting the dentist and staff was a couple days ago. The staff seemed nice, the place was busy. The dentist seemed dismissive. Needless to say my mom has heart surgery next week. She has to have a tooth that needs taken out and heal some before the surgery. As there can be high risk of infection. This was explained to the dentist. The hospital sent paperwork over and I had to let them know about the paperwork. I truly understand scheduling, I understand that she needs to stop the blood thinners etc. But if there is an emergency situation changes can be made. I have been to my dentist with emergencies before and he took it. The practice does not answer the phone at all. I called, and even the actual surgeon is calling just for scheduling the removal. So that they can adjust the surgery date. I think this is the most unprofessional practices I have come across. And I wish my moms didn't deal with them. If I can give this practice less than one star I would.

I’ve always hated going to the dentist but I love Dr. Papillon’s practice and have been going for years. He explains what needs to happen and makes it clear. Both the doctor and his staff are very friendly and professional.He is my forever dentist!

I love this dental office. First off, everyone there is so nice, polite and helpful. Secondly, I had a root canal done by Dr. Papillion and fell asleep. He made sure I didn't feel and pain and was comfortable! Would I recommend this office, of course!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
