Costumer service on the service desk has turn abismal. My son is been a patient for 6 years now and the service provided has drop to an unbelievable 0 stars. Takes hours to reach someone on regular business hours. If you lucky and they pick up, they put you on hold and forget your call. If you more lucky and get to speak with a human been the calls “drop” consistently. Not even talking about referrals or paperwork to be submitted to other doctors or insurance. Imposible.

I called to ask if there was a Urologist on staff and I was told that I needed to contact my insurance company to find out. Why don't you know if your establishment has a pediactric urologist?

Have been taking my children here for years now and wouldn’t have it any other way! The staff is fantastic and always friendly and actually listen to concerns.

The staff has very poor customer service. They don’t seem to care about the patients and are very nonchalant. My son was very sick and I brought him into the office so that he could be seen and the lady at the front desk giggled and said “we don’t take walk ins”

Customer service there has become horrible at the front desk not welcoming at all certain people who answer the phones there need customer service training dont answer the phone like you dont want to be bothered . dr o dr Jordan were amazing doctors Jenny was amazing.

They're very sociable and clean, I love all the staff for their job well done. No time to waist .Dr Ogurinde is the best and very compassionate.I highly recommend the Children's healthcare to everyone leaving in waldorf.

My children have been patients for the past 6 yrs. It saddens me to say the customer service has dropped drastically, to say the least and in nice terms! My daughter had surgery, and has since seen the surgeon for multiple post ops and I still had to come in to have (literally) a 2 min visit (after a 45 min wait because the front desk forgot to check me in). The surgeon was a Children's surgeon and had already sent the records. The PA didn't even look at my daughters foot or anything. I'm so interested to see how this visit is billed to my insurance.... I am also still awaiting a callback from the Practice Manag(message left on Weds & Thurs) it's now Thurs, almost a week later and nothing! It disheartens me to think I may have to seek care elsewhere if there isn't improvement. There are a couple good associates who have been there for the 6yrs we've been patients. Dr. O and PA, Bebber are great. Unfortunately, the newest PA, had no bedside manners or initiative to conduct a thorough visit.

They are the best!!!! I called at 1pm when my son suddenly threw up (never does) and got him an appt for 2pm!!! We walked in..barely sat for 3 min and got called back. Diagnosis: double ear infection! I love this office and I will be bringing my son until he is 18! LOL

Costumer service is terrible. Receptionist Shereese is rude. She needs costumer service classes.
