List of Medstar Health Womens Health At Waldorf's Reviews
Still not answering the phones. Zzzz seems pretty evident to me to me that you all are clearly Still putting patients off to the side. Whoever runs this place is not serious. All of these same review's CLEARLY ADVISING you of this issue and yet what level of progress has been reached.. Where's Max Goodwin when you need him. Perhaps I'll take this concern higher since it doesn't seem the message has been delivered to you.
I found this place after having to switch from another office last year. At first, my experience was good. Currently, i can’t get anyone to answer the phone after never been called about lab results and medicine that was sent for me without explanation. I don’t feel that my health is being taken care of here. One person called to say they will leave a note for the dr about my concerns and still no phone calls back. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. UPDATE: I received a phone call from a very nice representative who answered all of my questions and helped to re-schedule my next appointment
I guess making patients wait for over an hour after their appointment time is okay? My appointment was at 1015, got here at 10 knowing i would have to fill out the same paperwork I do every single time…. Here we are going on 11am and i’m still sitting in the waiting room. Let’s not mention also 2 ladies walked in over 20 minutes after me and they have both been seen LOL. Will not be returning!
Please just answer the phone or call people back.
I really enjoyed the care I received from Dr. Rodney , who now is no longer at the practice. My most recent visit was very rushed, yet all over the place . The office do not answer their scheduling line. You must leave a voicemail that says you will be contacted back in 24 hours to make an appointment. After my appointment I experienced some severe symptoms, and attempted to call the office to make an appointment or to at least speak with someone, but no answer. I left a very detailed message on Monday morning expressing the urgency, and I did not receive a call back until close to end of business on Wednesday. How can a patient feel secure to receive decent care along their health journeys if the office won't make themselves available to simply answer the phone. Based on other reviews this seems very common and negligent that the office do not answer their phone. As if it's there practice to allow the phone to go to voicemail. Even when you're in office waiting to be called, it's completely silent. There are no phones ringing. Please do better and encourage MedStar staff to be on the front line with answering phone calls for their patients as that is the first/initial point of contact. I have also sent my concern directly through MedStar feedback.
I’m a new patient & everyone was friendly. I believe I waited on the doctor for about 45 minutes, was there over a hour. That didn’t bother me much. I did receive a call from the office to go over results & have since had no luck on getting in touch with someone. I have left 2 voice mails & sent a message to the portal with no avail. I will try another location for my next visit.
They don't answer the phone. I have always had this problem even though my whole pregnancy. I gave birth 4 months ago and I have been trying to schedule an appointment for birth control but nobody picks up the phone after several attempts. left voicemail still no call back. This is so irritating.
They never answer phone & left a vm with no call back either. Update: filled out form per their request. Along with calling their main office again and leaving another VM. Will update with my satisfaction & review once they contact me. Final update (positive & changed from 1 star to 4 stars): The office did get back to me today - same day I filled out additional form. I spoke with a CSR named Mary, I believe she was out of the Clinton office though - not sure, and she was outstanding. We worked on finding me a great doctor & a time/date that worked with my schedule. Her manager also got on the phone as well and apologized & explained that they are short staff due to Covid & Covid precautions. Once I was able to get through, I did have a pleasant experience with the office.
I’ve been calling the office for over a week to get test results. I’ve left 4 messages, no one has called me back and they don’t answer the phone. I like Dr Nettey, but it’s extremely negligent to not follow up with test results when a patient is having symptoms.
I have been coming to this practice for years to see Dr. Alawode For years. The service was great but has of recently it has become impossible to get a hold of the front desk. I’ve called back to back for three days in prime hours in order to get one person to answer.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
