The staff are very helpful and have great attitudes. The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone with pain issues. This place is way better than my previous doctor.

This place is awful both in service and scheduling. Not to mention the doctor wanted to prescribe me pain meds on the first appt without even knowing what was wrong. They jerked me around on rescheduling appointment times and even had to reschedule on the same day I showed up for my appointment…this was after they moved me from the previous day. It seems to me that they are a factory for injecting steroids and prescribing pain meds, no real care towards healing! Coming from a sports medicine professional.

I'm so happy I got in with national spine and pain center. They help me with my pain. I just did a procedure on my back on October the 18th 2022 at 1:00 p.m. . And it turned out perfect I have no pain. Thank you. The staff was very nice and very helpful. My wait time to wait was only 3 minutes, from the time I signed in and did my paperwork. Thank you Dr. B for everything. No pain today oct 19,2022.👍👍🙂 I will be letting my friends and family know about national spine pain center. I recommend them to come here. I have been going here for a few years now. The people are very nice and knowledgeable. They are up to date on the lastest remedies for helping you feel the best you can feel. I definitely would and have recommended National Spine and Pain to family and friends. Even strangers I meet durng my day.

My husband thought the doctor herself had potential to help him. The problem was he wasted a lot of time waiting for the doctor, for his way overdue appointment time. So for his next appointment he called to make sure she was running on time and they said yes. Once he arrived and signed in, he was led back to one of the exam rooms. He waited an hour! They never bothered to let him know how much longer the doctor would be. Very frustrated he ended up leaving and requesting his copay back. It's a shame because she had potential to help him, but he doesn't have hours to wait for an appointment. We all know our time is just as important to us as it is to them. So why did they not communicate with him regarding this issue? This lack of communication, and concern about wasting people's time really makes it upsetting! I thought they were there to help people, not aggravate and waste their time, and after all time is money!
