I been with her for 30 years and she always good to me ... She's really cares about her patients
It is oķ but I think I am going to quick. Thanks
She the best
Dr.Jay has been my doctor for a long time 25 plus years she is the best.
The best part of this office was Corey. Wait time was the worst. You pay your copay up front so you can't leave after sitting for an hour. Parking is unorganized. Complained about issue that she dismissed as fat. Turned out it was cancer. I will give her thumbs up for being personable.
I couldn't go back to my previous primary care doctor and this practice was recommended. They do have a high call volume and the young girls in the front leave you on hold for a very long time. It's obnoxious they answer the phone: thank you ..blah blah blah.. Please hold. They don't give you a chance to say anything. There is always a long wait and doesn't get any better once u get called back. The doctor rushes through with certain patients. Other patients, she obviously knows better, get more time and treated better. Recently, I received a bill with no explanation of the charges. Basically, if you feel like sitting in the waiting room for two to three hours than this doctor is for you! The way the front desk answers the phone is a big indication of how they schedule visits. They definitely need to evaluate how they schedule patients and how the front desk is run on a day-to-day basis. I dread going to the doctor's nowadays and don't even want to keep my appointments. FYI Dr. J is usually accurate when diagnosing patients. Very smart and 10xs better than most physicians in her field. In 2022 she hired a physicians assistant and she is wonderful! They have improved so much regarding wait time since
My mother has been going to this doctor for 15 years or more she would not go to another doctor. My mother travel 1 hour and 45 min to see this doctor. On this particular day my mother went to her appointment . Dr Jayanthan is her doctor well was her doctor she embarrassed her so bad yelled at her had the door open all the patients could hear the conversation as they was walking by and looking in the room violate the HIPPA policy. Plus she paid did not get treated that day. The staff was rude and smirking like it was funny. One of the patients ask before my mother left was she okay that was uncalled for no patients privacy at all my mother was so embarrassed she just wanted to get out of there . My mother never came back since then . My mother never disrespect anyone that day my mother was disrespected and violation of patient privacy . Dr Jayanthan you need to get in control of your self and your staff. I was really surprised that Dr Jayanthan act this way never seen this side before.
As a new resident to Waldorf, I am getting disappointed daily by the low level of customer service I encounter. In my search for a primary care physician, I considered Dr. Jayanthan. Although I made the appointment with Dr. Jayanthan, I saw Alleiyah, the physicians' assistant both times I visited the practice. Based on my experience, Alleiyah has significantly better bedside manners and better professionalism than Jayanthan who spent no more than ONE minute in the patient room with me. In fact, Jayanthan didn't listen to anything I said to her while she was in the room. As I attempted to sign in for my second appointment, I was advised by the equally unprofessional front desk staff that I "needed" to assign Jayanthan as my PCP with my insurance carrier. I immediately declined citing that I haven't even interacted with her enough to make that determination. Needless to say, Jayanthan will not be my PCP; and, the only reason I won't dispute the charges filed with my insurance carrier is because of the service I received from Alleiyah. Honestly, I believe the front desk staff are mimicking Dr. Jayanthan's lackluster demeanor, attitude and unprofessional people interaction skills. I will never consider Jayanthan as my PCP.
Horrible! First they make you come in the office for every little thing even if you were just there the day before they need you to come back in again and pay another copay. It took me a while to realize this office is all about the $$$ they don't care about their patients!
This was once my doctor for some years I left because I got tired of waiting 2 hrs plus just to be seen for an appointment that I had. My time was to valuable to wait that long so I switched to another doctor. My new doctor I get there and sign in 10 min later I'm in the back room. By looking at the recent reviews she hasn't gotten any better. Thought it was supposed to be Health Care not "See you when I see you."

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
