Dr. B is the most fantastic physician I've ever had the pleasure to worked with. His staff is top notch in professionalism and understanding the needs of their patients. The only reason I'm not currently working with Dr. B and his amazing team is because I moved out of state. I would place my life, safety and comfort in Dr. B's hands anytime.

Wow. Where do I begin? Dr. Brouilette is amazing. I hate needles but have spinal injections without anesthesia and the results are so very helpful to my being able to move, walk and continue with my life without surgery. They are always on time, efficient and caring. It sometimes gets confusing with appointment making and communication when calling the office, but once there you are treated in a respectful and professional manner. Also, I appreciate that the doctor takes all the time needed to explain the procedures and is always upbeat...good when you're a little nervous! I highly recommend this doctor.

My first experience was great but never saw the doctor it was always his assistant. I was having problems with my neck and they did a MRI and recommend me to get shots but instead i wanted physical therapy. The therapy helps. I am already going through therapy for my back since i had surgery. Now, it seems like they will not return my calls when requesting a script to continue therapy. The receptionist called twice and will not return her calls. Unprofessional and its time to move on. Is it money making instead of the care of the patients!

As a retired RN I prefer visits with Dr. B. I am more comfortable with him. We have scheduled my cervical injections for early Dec. Very happy to be a patient. Will be contacting office soon for a Tramadol refill. Thank you.

i was referred to Dr. Richard by my cousin. She was absolutely correct...he was great. I am looking forward to doing business with the doc. Also I am going to talk my husband into coming and talking to him. Im sure he can help NAME. We are older and have very hurt backs from surgery. We DO NOT TAKE PAIN PILLS so having access to pain specialist is not necessary for either of us. However this epideral shot was incredible. I pray it continues to work.

My wife and I were very pleased with the information Dr. Brouillette provided and discussed with us. Dr. Brouillette provided a lot more explanationinformation that was given to us then any other pain management clinic I have been going to since retiring from the military after 25+ years.

The most friendly staff you are likely to find. Tracy the office manager puts a smile on your face, as do the rest of the office. Dr B is a God sent with his personality and technical ability. He and his team would be scored an11+. You go in with pain and come of with a smile. Three words describe his practice. Respectful, understanding, and very competent (2 words). I have been treated by the best surgeons and pain management professionals in the country and find this practice among the very best. Thank you Dr.B and staff for your wonderful treatment both medically and personal treatment off this old man. I believe you will leave with similar feeling. Oh, I almost forgot about Tracy in the treatment center. She is heaven sent taking care of the hurting patients. I gave authorization for contact because I have such good feeling about Dr B and staff. Hope you get better soon. And NO, Dr B is not related to me☺

I gave a 2 Star at first due to one Nurse Practioner Ajayi.However, My first appt I met with Nurse Practioner Prakash and Dr B. They were very helpful, understanding, allowed me to talk and understood the treatment I had Received at the VA for treatment. They read my back MRI report and images and identified and agreed the VA misdiagnosed me and they started pain management and injection treatment immediately. My injection appt went well and I talked To Dr B about my medication and obtaining my images for my neck from VA. Prakash and Dr B are amazing!I dropped Them off on a drive as VA sent them via zip file (mind you I’m not a dr) and came to my appt today to discuss what they see on the images and discuss my meds (per Dr B who said to make the appt and talk about what was and was not working). I came to appt today and met with Ajayi and never saw Dr B. Ajayi was rude, interruptive and kept saying well the Va report states this... I tried to explain that the last report was wrong and asked if anyone looked at images and found that they could not view them and I needed VA to put images on a disc. She stated there’s nothing wrong to justify an increase and wouldn’t hear anything else nor would assist or try to understand what I needed for the military. I’m discouraged as I came to the Spine IInstitute to get help, get relief and get off of all pain meds eventually! Apparently she is unaware of that! She made me feel incompentent, like I dont Know what I’m talking about and I felt disrespected. I’ve been in crucial pain for 7 plus years and finally worked up the nerve to leave Veterans Affairs to get proper help and get back to life as a 37 year old woman and was excited to have a team of people who cared (well felt like they did) and be able to wake up and get through the day without pain and tears... I understand the laws and I know There’s people out there not doing the right thing but if one is not aware of the VA or military care and process they shouldn’t see patients. I feel Totally defeated and shut down after today’s visit. I didnt Ask for more “drugs” I did as instructed to make appt to discuss medication - provided what the VA provided me as far as images so we can start treatment in neck - and needed a letter for military and walked out confused and back to square one.
