He will keep you coming back! He did nothing but put my health in danger. Prescribed a blood thinner that was way way too strong. He is about getting as many office visits out of you as he can.

My experience was very good. She was thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Wait times for any type of specialist in my experience can be long. But I didn’t wait any longer than I had expected to at this practice.

He requested me to take off my shoes and socks told me to stand on the tiled floor. I requested something to stand on. He said he had nothing. I pointed out the disposable pads under the table. He said no they're too expensive. I said no I'm not standing on the bare dirty floor. He said to put my socks back on and get on the table and examined my feet and legs there. He doesn't respond to emails, fax or calls from pharmacy for refills. When calling the office more than 80% of the time no one answers. So it's hard to refill prescriptions or make appointments. Staff is rude and standoffish. They don't greet you and will ignore you when having personal conversations between themselves. I'm going to give him one more try since he moved to a new building away from the other drs and patients and because he's in the building with my cardiologist. But after this if things haven't improved I'm done.

Dr. Nandipati has been the most thorough and attentive doctor of all my many doctors. She truly listens and weighs and discusses all alternatives. She makes recommendations and (respectfully) chastises me as needed. If you want a great doctor who listens, is friendly, encouraging, is knowledgeable and flexible, and really cares about you and your condition, see Dr. Nandipati at The Arthritis Clinic. From a thankful 3 year patient.

Dr. Sailaja Nandipati is extremely thorough. I was very happy with her. I saw her for about a year & because my levels had not changed she gave me the option to see my primary care physician to save me money as seeing her, a specialist, is higher out of pocket.The single thing that drives me crazy is that they charge $1 to pay with credit card. But overall I absolutely recommend her if you need a Rheumatologist.
