Audionova's Online Review Report Card

We went on the search for a hearing aid charger after we realized it was not packed for our vacation. CVS was our 1st stop, they suggested Walmart, so Walmart was 2nd, as we left we saw a building for hearing aides - they wanted $250 to rent while we were in town, we didn't think that would work so, as we were about to give up we saw Hearing aides on another building (I wish I could tell you the name because they were kind and even though they couldn't help suggested Audio Nova) so, we went there and the customer service was outstanding. They didn't give up until they found just what we needed and it cost the same about to own that the other place wanted us to pay to rent. AudioNova, thank you!!!

Kenzie and I were so excited that Rachel,Jamie and Pasley invited us to go to the beach with them that we left home without Kenzie’s hearing aid charger. This was scary. Kenzie can’t hear me call out to her in any dangerous situation without her hearing aids. After checking at Walmart,Walgreen,CVS and a few other places, we were given the name AudioNova on Pine Lakes Parkway here in Flagler Beach. Here we met Joseph. He wasn’t very encouraging at first, but he spent a great deal of time researching her hearing aids and trying different chargers. About the time I was thinking Kenzie would have to go all week without her hearing aids,Joseph appeared before me with a charging case and a smile. He had persevered and he had a charger that worked for us. I am writing this to say to anyone near Flagler Beach, Audio Nova is a wonderfully helpful place and Joseph is someone you want helping you with your hearing needs. When I went to them originally three years ago the hearing aids I received then were pretty good. The customer service was pretty outstanding. Only about a month ago I went and got new hearing aids again from the same company and the same distributor in Redlands California, only this time she really didn't do much of a hearing test, she did not do the speech part of the hearing test at all, therefore the clarity of speech on my new hearing aids are horrible. The volume is better but the clarity is lacking greatly. Same people different and worse attitude.

I wanted a copy of my audiogram and they wanted to charge me $40 for a copy of MY medical record. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the state AG office. When I went to pick it up,the receptionist, Amika,acted like it was a problem but I got it anyway with no charge. 5 mile rd,Livonia, Michigan location

I recently visited the center in Killeen texas on Stan Schlueter. I was blown away by how knowledgeable and helpful my doctor was.Dr.James helped me make decisions on how I wanted to proceed with my care.We decided on ear cleaning, first. I have always been fearful of this procedure. Amazing experience.They were also helpful, not only with the hearing aids but with other resources that were available to me. The fees are reasonable. This is truly a Killeen texas gem.5 stars

The guy Skip Daugherty that works in St. Augustine yelled at my husband and I and said he couldn’t help him and kicked us out of your establishment. He was not listening to my husband and he was wrong for treating us the way he did and I want a personal apology for my husband because he has been going there for 4 years. He has since found a great technician at American Medical Hearing Center in Palm coast. Where by the way found the color coded receiver and the hearing aids switched and the hearing aids were programmed in the wrong ears. I was taught that the Costomer is always right and you should do whatever it takes to keep them happy. Guess not in this case.

I went in for ringing in my ears. I received a thorough hearing test. Found out I had some hearing loss and hearing aids help the ringing. Staff made me feel comfortable during visit.

I had an amazing experience being fitted for hearing devices. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I can actually hear the world around me now and it’s incredible.

I’m very disappointed with this company’s customer service. I left two messages on consecutive days, and after three days I still haven’t received any response. This lack of communication makes it hard to trust the company, and it’s the reason I won’t be doing business with them.

You all need to take down all of your reviews about Dr fields. I was very impressed with her but she is long gone and your buisness is terrible you can’t keep an audiologist on staff which is ridiculous Your current audiologist is leaving and no appts available.
