I receive great care from my primary. Dennis. I been going here for some years. I feel like they are down to earth and not just treating me like a number in line.

DO NOT SEE Renee!!!!! Dennis is good but if you see Renee your wasting your time she will not give you any antibiotics if your feeling sick she will tell you to let your body fight it off bc if you take antibiotics when your young they won’t work when you get old is what she told me! LOL!!! I’ve never heard anybody say that before!!! I’m a working mom with 2 little kids that NEEDS to work to provide for my family and she wants me to let me body fight it off???? Hahaha maybe she has never been a working mom before but being sick for 3 days now and going to a “doctor” for antibiotics is like a normal thing right???? Nope not to Renee I left there office and wasted an hour of my life to get in my car and call a different doctor for another apt. Thankfully the REAL doctor I saw next gave me exactly what I needed and now I’m feeling better and able to take care of what needs to be done in my life! No thanks to Renee!!!!

My family has been very happy and well taken care of at Johnston Family Medicine for many years

My husband and I have both been Dr. Johnston’s patients for years. She is always thorough, caring and helpful. Any time we have had to use the after hours number we get a call back very quickly. The providers and pa's in Dr. Johnston’s practice are also very good, and we don't hesitate to see them when Dr. Johnston is not available or when we have to make an emergency visit.

Deserves ZERO stars!!!!!! Will NOT be returning

She was very rude and short with her answers! Told me to let my body fight off a upper respiratory infection and to call back in 4 days if I NEEDED the antibiotic! Never heard of this in my life you go to the doctor to get medicine to get better not have them tell you to wait it off! Went to a real doctor the next day and was given exactly what I needed with ease! What a waste of time and a day of work to see Renee! Won’t make that mistake again!!!!!

This place is a joke from the staff to the so called doctor I saw! They don’t care about you so don’t waste your time! The one good thing there is Brittany hope she finds a new job she is wayyy better than anyone there!

If zero stars was an option I would choose- I received the most inappropriate service and customer care I've ever experienced. Renee (I think because she never introduced herself) was extremely short and dismissive as well as ethically and legally out of line. I will be in contact with the better business bureau and medical board.

Dennis and the staff are great. Respectful and courteous. Never had any problems. He listens to my concerns, I don't fell dismissed.

I agree. Zero stars. My visit was rushed, my reasons for visiting were received with little concern, and no follow up for treatment after procedure results were sent. Test paperwork had many spelling errors, and were ultimately billed incorrectly.
