Slow as molasses. Sick and miserable, I was placed in an exam room then ignored completely for well over 30 minutes. Don't go here if your really sick! Maybe ok for physical. No sick person wants to sit in a hot sruffy room alone for 40 minutes!

I'd give this zero stars if I could. When we arrived there were NO other patients waiting to be seen. The girl at the front desk acted as if it was an inconvenience to have someone come in. She's constantly rude to people. My boyfriend has foot pain, the doctor didn't even touch his foot and told him to "maybe take Tylenol". They took x-rays and told him the doctor would be with him shortly. He waited another 30 minutes, got tired of waiting and left. As I said, there were no other patients there to be seen. Why such a long wait? This is by far THE WORST urgent care we've ever been to.

I was seen here yesterday and will never return. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. The tech was actually friendly but informed me that they don't do flu testing and my insurance wouldn't cover a COVID test (not true). After 40 minutes waiting, the provider came in smelling like weed, and barely examined me. She left and I asked the tech for a note for work, they wrote me one excusing me that day but not the following. I returned to the office and asked that it be changed. They told me I'm not contagious so I can return to work and wouldn't change the note. Thankfully, I trusted my body and came to a reputable urgent care today where I was diagnosed with COVID. I'd caution anyone who considers visiting this location.

Making appointment online great! Walk in the door told you must have a mask to be seen. Don’t have one they don’t have any in stock to give out. So you have to go buy one next door at rite aid/ Walgreens. $12.99 cheapest box FYI! Nice if they mention this when you make appointment right

Was refused treatment for PINK EYE because I didn’t bring a mask and the staff didn’t have any to give out. Ironically they received multiple deliveries from people NOT WEARING MASKS while I waited for a form I needed for my son who was just seen here for the same thing. This place is such a joke and their staff is incredibly RUDE

Staff is very rude & nasty 🤮 you come in to seek medical attention to be treated poorly sad 😢 would never recommend this place or so called nurses or drs sad part it was for my child a 10 year old
