This is the first urgent care that I've been to that I've felt welcomed at and not shamed or treated badly. The receptionist (sorry I didn't get your name) was very polite and joked around with me. The nurse Kayla was extremely lovely and also joked around with me which brought light to my situation. The doctor was even friendly. I walked into this clinic feeling uneasy from past experiences at urgent care facilities and left feeling ok. This will be the only urgent care I use for now on! Update-if you read my review from last week I was told I was being tested for the flu and was not. Well now here we are and I am still feeling exactly the same with an even worse cough and it turns out, after a second UC visit to a much better UC, I DID have Flu A and because it went undiagnosed and untreated I now I have pneumonia. Thank you UNI Care. Not.

Great experience. Everyone was extremely nice, explained exactly what they were going to do, and answered all my questions. The staff were very professional and one of the nicest group of people from the front desk to the triage tech/nurse and doctor. And to make sure I got seen asap the next day I made my appointment online so I knew I could just show up and be seen quickly.

It has been the best urgent care I have ever been to! The doctor really took time to listen to my concern for testing for rsv ( in addition to covid and flu) so I can care for my 3 month old better in Rsv epidemic. She really took the time to know my symptoms etc and my concerns. Would highly recommend this urgent care!

I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Everyone who attended to me was very friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner was quick, to the point and prescribed me medication that had me feeling better that same night. Based on my experience, I highly recommend!
