List of Mohamad Alabrash's Reviews
I have been going to Dr.Mohamad Alabrash for years. He is a very caring and understanding doctor that takes the time to listen at everything that you have to say.He is awesome and his staff is also outstanding and awesome. They are very friendly and caring.Everyone that works at his office is great!!!
Dr. Alabrash diagnosed me with a UTI and hypertension. Lab work confirmed no UTI and BP readings confirmed no Hypertension. Please check you records if you see him. He submitted a fraudulent claim to my insurance and has not called me back to address my concerns.
I scheduled 2 months prior for a new patient visit. I was told I could not do a tele visit since it would need to be in person as I was a new patient. Here I am today for my appointment and the doors are locked. There’s a note to go back down to my car and call the office. When I call the office the secretary states they are closed and they “tried to call yesterday”... needless to say I did not receive a call. What a waste. I’m a busy mom of 2 toddler... I had to schedule a sitter and rearrange my schedule and everything just to turn back around and go home. Highly upset.
I had to call 8 times to get my medical record. The customer service is the worst.
Wonderful doc and staff are great
Not happy with this practice. My last visit, I felt as though I was brushed off and made to feel like I was faking illness. I had blood work done on that visit, but never received a call back with my results. Upon receiving the bill for the appointment, I sent a request in writing to Dr. Alabrash asking be called with the blood work results before I pay the bill, but I have not received a call back. I did however, receive a second bill from Dr. Alabrash which was stamped "final notice". Still waiting on the phone call with my bloodwork results.....
So frustrating to call his office over and over just to hear his staff say hello 5 times and then hang up. I have told the office staff that the phones do this and they act like they don’t care. Also, don’t think that you will be in and out if you schedule as the first patient of the day. He arrives when he feels like it and the office staff are at his mercy while we sit there waiting and waiting. When he finally arrives there is no explanation or apology. He also pushed the “no carb” diet on you if you are over weight.
Don't bother this guy--he obviously has too many clients (see previous review). My first appointment was cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (after I cleared my schedule to see this guy). I thought as a referral (my brother, his wife, and her father all see this guy), it wouldn't be a problem. When the receptionist called I asked, so "he just cancels like this?". She said, "yes he does". Don't waste your time with this guy.
This doctor is a true psychopath. I was his intern 2 decades ago and his behavior has truly been the worst I have seen to this day. He is a short man with napoleon complex, and he takes it out on the interns and residents. I wish I could see him again to give him a piece of my mind.
Great doctor.he cares much about his patients

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
