Never saw her. Saw a PA and did not care for her approach. Had annual pelvic exam and went to her for two more office visits before I got results although I asked each time. It did not seem like discussing my results was a priority because it was all about cosmetic things for them.

This was a complete waste of my wife and I time. We went there to confirm a pregnancy. And our wait time was over a hour. We have used Dr Cooke in the past but this experience was the worst ever. We felt like she had no respect for our time. We will never go back there again

Great provider, very kind and compassionate yet her office staff are cantankerous and uncouth. They do not reflect this physician’s vision; as a patient of this practice, if your office acts inappropriately and violates patient’s privacy, then I would not recommend it.

This is by far the worst experience I have had with any doctor I have ever been to you never get to see a doctor its always a long wait in the back one day they even forgot I was back there. I wouldnt recommend this office to no one. I went to the hospital and was told to schedule to see my ob next week they cancel my appt and had me see a nurse p . I have use so much leave at work just to have my appointments cancelled or moved around im not one to do reviews on business but its not right.

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a medical office in my life. I am now seeking another OB/GYN due to the incredible unprofessionalism of Dr. Cooke and her very disrespectful tone towards other people?s time.

the time wait is understandable. Dr. Cooke's an OB, so with that said her schedule may have some time lack in it. As for the NP, that's what they are there for, you have the option to opt out an request Dr. Cooke. Dr. Cooke is a very caring down to earth doctor!!!!
