If you're in any way disabled and looking for compassionate care, look elsewhere. They don't want you here. I could go on and on about my negative experiences here but my main complaint is they down right ignored me. Do not return my ohone calls, do not take my issues seriously. It's been 2 weeks since I needed to reschedule my last follow up due to acute neurological issues, zero phone calls. zero check ups. Its been 31/2 months for me, my body rejected the internal stitches and the only advice I got was use a warm compress. Now, i dont even know how long I just have to live with a hundred plastic needles trying to burrow out of my skin. Its very painful, i can no longer wear a bra, at all. Skip this place, I wish I had. To His credit, dr smiths actual surgical work was pretty good.

I had an unfortunate noticeable scar on my face I didn't think I could ever fix,since I didn't go to the hospital to get stiched it healed in a funny way,,someone told me given the circumstances I could get my maine care to cover the procedure,so the scar correction was a sucess!I immediately saw a difference, the Dr's were also a bit surprised how much of a difference they saw immediately, and after time and scar cream u can barley notice it at all!I'm so happy I chose this place for my scar correction,...I truly appreciate everyone here for their help

Not willing to help patients in need worst experience ever and I recommend burning the place to the ground

I purchased in December a deal they had on laser treatment for rosacea. I started my treatment in February and only had one treatment when I received a call that there machine was down and I would get a call back. Never got that call (well over a month) asked for a refund as this treatment requires consistency. They were not pleasant about me asking for the refund and have never spoke to anyone that knew about how to receive the refund. They just pass the info along and I never get a call. I still haven’t received the refund and never get a call in regards to my refund. I’m extremely upset and disappointed with their communication and lack of response in this matter. I spent $900 on this treatment I at least deserve the respect to speak to someone that knows how I can get my money back. I am not giving the doctor Jennifer I dealt with a bad review just their overall lack of response and respect with my request for a refund. I’m giving two stars for Jennifer only. Too bad I had high hopes for this place where it’s so close to home and was excited to see my results from the laser treatment. Don’t expect any communication with any refund you ask for from this place you won’t get it.

I absolutely love the staff and doctors. Had a lipoma removal and it was perfect start to finish.

Dr Sisto and his crew are all amazing. Answered my questions and put me at ease. He is very fussy and particular about scarring especially on the face and I am very happy with my results. Will definitely recommend him and go back if further work is needed.

Jennifer Gilles Nurse practitioner is awesome!!! She is so gentle. I had botox for migraines and she explained the whole process beginning to end and listened to my concerns. She is very patient and kind and if your looking for migraine relief she is the best for sure

There one of the best places I've gone to great staff friendly environment

I've never used CMMC for anything before. However, the surgeon I wanted was here...I was pleasantly surprised with how new and clean the decor felt ... it was contemporary, yet nature based (greens, leaves, e.t.c.). Staff seemed very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to developing a strong relationship with this office!
