Very clean place friendly staff
Watch out! look at what your insurance coverage allows. The last 2 visits they tried to charge me and mt son for covered annual visits. They said because we talked to the Dr. It's above what is covered and are allowed to collect. I wonder how many times and people they are pulling this with. Just beware, that is if you can get an appointment because they keep canceling. Time to look for a new Dr.
So the mask thing has been proven to not work. So how are you going to hold yourself accountable for the absolutely Ludacris way you treated your patients the last couple years. My grandfather passed away because of your inaction and insane ideological "rules". How many other lives were lost because of your disgusting and dehumanizing behaviors. I was berated, you are what's wrong with the world. I am going to Do everything in my power to make sure that you are held accountable, for you deadly bias. This place should be condemned. Don't come here or you will regret it
Patient for 13 years, doctor quit and they dropped me and my wife and none of the remaining doctors were willing to take us as existing or even new patients. Of zero stars were an option that would be the rating. Dont waste tome with this location
This is an update. Dr. O has left for retirement. Since then care and importance of the patient has gone down into the dumps. 3 weeks ago I contacted the new "Answering Service", no result. Went in physically last Monday, (Aug 8th). Still without my prescription, (for high blood pressure). I am guessing the care there is non-existent at this time. Sad it is!!
I've had enough of the provider-go-round! The whole call and deal with someone somewhere for scheduling or a nurse who work for a subcontracting service and then wait for a call back? When they finally do call back it's always we have no openings so go to quick care and be tested for COVID because nobody can just called in and antibiotic? I have the test kits here and already checked. Once upon a time you could call a doctors office and speak with the office receptionist or nurse.
Trying to make an appointment, reach anyone at the office, or actually receive a call back is a nightmare. I like the staff but have about reached my limit with patient neglect. It used to be such a great place.
One star doesn't cover the problems there as well as other medical practices or hospitals they haven't solved the patient's needs period. You find yourself waiting for a call back after leaving information, usually hours!
Unfortunately this office is run much like the rest of Central Maine Medical Center. However within the hospital there are a few hidden gems. At Minot Avenue family practice, they are extremely lucky to have a Brook-lee Marshall, NP! She has been my PCP for years now and has been consistently able to help me more throughout the years. She is calm, extremely thorough, and actually listens! She relates, cares and has a genuine urge with wanting to help others. I cannot say enough good things about her. I am so grateful to have her part of my care team! THANK YOU! Ps I give you a 10+ stars Brook-lee!
They only care about the agenda put forward by their admins, they don't care about actual patient health. I get rona was scary at the start but there are people like myself who can't wear a mask with legitimate health issues. Being told "you aren't important enough to be seen without a mask" feels great coming from people who take an oath of "do no harm". My own pcp said he had wanted to see me without one but said if he wrote a note exempting me that he would be fired. Terrible practice, terrible people working there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
