Seen her for swollen all she did was say ( they swell for no reason sometimes ) went to ENT in Belfast and find out I have 7 small warthin tumors in left parotid gland and 2 in the right. Plus they found swollen lymph nodes in my chest. This female doctor is an idiot

My son had a sleep test and has been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea due to large tonsils. She wouldn't do emergency surgery for my son. We got a second opinion and the Doctor was very concerned about my son's health and is doing the surgery immediately. Dr. Tsai is no good.

Dr. Tsai is a very knowledgeable and capable ENT doctor whom I've been seeing for throat cancer followup appointments as my previous doctor retired. I am very happy with Dr. Tsaai. She is very caring, answers all my questions to my satisfaction and explains everything in terms that are easy for me to understand. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an Ear, Nose, Throat Doctor in the Bangor, Maine area.

How a patient will mesh with a provider is very subjective, and no one can guard 100% against a poor outcome, but my family is very happy with Dr, Tsai and her staff. She is very warm and caring as well as professional and a superb practitioner. She made us feel very comfortable about our child undergoing a surgical procedure with general anesthesia. She is very approachable and will answer any questions a worried parent has. Our son is healthy and happy and for that we thank Dr. Tsai.
