I saw Dr. Crofoot today for the first time. I was being evaluated for a hip replacement. I found her to be friendly, very knowledgeable, with a nice sense of humor ! She took plenty of time explaining the pre op procedure and the approach she uses and post op procedure. Looking forward to the surgery !

Knowledgeable, respectful, understanding... though I had an allergic reaction to cortisone, I was contacted every hour (for 2 days) to ask how I was doing. Excellent care.

I think she is wonderful. I had a total knee replacement done by her and it turned out great. I had a complication 3 weeks in from a fall I sustained at home opening up my incision. She was great and told me not to worry about and I had the second surgery with absolutely no complications. I will definitely use her again

Dr. Crofoot did full replacements on both my knees over a seven-month period in 2018-2019. She was a 2nd opinion for me, and I was attracted by her (and her office's) strict attention to minimizing infection risks. Knee replacements are never easy to recover from, and every knee is different (even on the same person!). It is also critical to do the follow-up PT as prescribed or you'll just have nice new parts that can't live up their potential. For me, the proof is in the pudding: I'm bicycling 22 miles just 3 months after the 2nd knee replacement. Some other comments cited arrogance. I didn't experience that at all, but I can see where she probably doesn't easily suffer patients that may be less dedicated to their successful outcomes than she is. I'd certainly choose that over a nicer-but-less-competent surgeon.
